“We arrived to pick up our Uhaul car trailer and discovered that the Uhaul truck wiring didn't activate any trailer lights. Alistair (Ali) spent the next 2 hours (after normal business had closed) to re-wire the trailer and get it working. Very nice man and excellent at customer service. He went out of his way to show that 'old school' job commitment and kindness still exists. Many thanks.”
