I called and within the hour a couple of awesome young fellas came by, my car wouldn't start at first but they waited until she did. I was also given information on where to go to get a block beater installed locally. The winters here are slightly different than back east. I can't thank you guys enough for helping!!!

This is the type of business that gives towing companies a bad reputation. We had a stolen vehicle which was recovered by the police and was towed to this impound yard. The bill we received was at least three times higher than it should have been. I’m in the trucking and equipment industry and know the prices and costs related to towing, and they were clearly gouging. Stay away from Straightline Towing.

Great company, my family and I have been dealing with the guys at Straightline Towing for years, we have never been unsatisfied! They come when they say they will and they always make me feel comfortable! I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost to get my vehicle out of the ditch just last week! Called at 1 am on a Tuesday to get pulled out of a snow drift, and came in about 10 minutes after calling. What can I say? Straightline Towing and Auto Center definitely helped me out when I needed them most. I sold a car to a fellow down in the USA and his shipping company advised him after the deal was done that they don't pickup in Cold Lake, only in Edmonton or Calgary. So there we were stuck for getting this only somewhat driveable project car to Edmonton for his shipper to pick up. I called Straightline and they quoted me a price that I'd be hard pressed to beat for moving the car to Edmonton. On short notice (i.e. I cold called them less than a week ago) they fit me in to their busy schedule and have moved the car to Edmonton for me. I can't express how great it feels to shop local when the results are as good as the team down at Straightline have provided for me in moving this car. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them for your local towing or long distance hauling needs.Services: Car towing

Inconsistent in pricing quotes and lacking in professionalism. Tow truck driver kept undressing me with his eyes. Noticed one of the shop workers wearing coveralls emblazoned with a logo from a car dealership on the other end of town? Customer reception area smelled like a paint booth! Otherwise, the staff seemed friendly enough, but I left this impound / detailing shop / tow truck service with an overall impression of mediocrity at best.
