The night time shift guy has the worst attitude! Like I get you don't like your job but the least you can do is try your best to put a smile on your face. Not only that you don't have to freak out everytime to computers don't register properly. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Either tell that man to grow up and deal with the job he picked or fire him and hire someone else, as a customer I shouldn't have to deal with that kind of service.

This location can be crowded during busy times, and it can be hard to get in and out of. I stop here for gas and snacks each time I pass through. They have a good selection of hot food, but if it is busy, they can run out.

It’s a 7-11 so not a huge expectation on my end. The clerk at the time needed to finish his phone game before ringing me through which was a little bit of an annoyance - you’re getting paid to serve customers who walk up to the till, represent yourself and the company you work for a little better please.

The lady working had to be the most miserable lady I've ever encountered. Complained non stop that she didn’t even have a smoke break yet.. real professional… but I guess if I was her age and worked at 711 I’d be pretty miserable too.

The 711 by the highway has it’s issues but definitely has some good qualities.The store is a preferred choice of mine between others on the highway, only due to the friendly environment that I’m usually accustomed to. I genuinely feel welcomed and comfortable when talking to a lot of the workers there.I’ve been dissatisfied with the bathrooms (in the past) but it seems lately it’s been improved.The coffee machines were a big favourite of mine and I did get a soapy, watery taste in my hot chocolate (only a few times) due to the employees neglecting to put an “Out of order sign” on it. However I was kindly issued a refund and received an apology, which I appreciated the employee taking accountability for.Overall I think as of recently the store is going in a better direction and is actively trying to improve itself.

Worse 7-Eleven I've ever been too, never have coffee in the mornings or chicken any time of the day, older lady shouldn't be in customer service.

The bathrooms are disgusting!!! Cashier finished her scratch ticket before assisting customers in line. Won't be stopping here anymore.

Pretty standard for most North American 7-11 stores from my experience. They could learn a lot from franchises in Asia. Not a huge surprise either given the amount of traffic that must be stopping to use their washroom on the way through the Pass. Staff were friendly on my visit.

Update-Wrote an email to 7/11 about this franchise. Owners replied and said they want to look into this however it seems of years of reviews regarding the bathroom they have not done anything. This whole bathroom needs a remodel it is just gross. I’ll update my review when 7/11 franchise HQ calls me back.Just gross. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in at least a year. I’m actually calling the health authority cause it’s that gross. Not to mention they give you dish soap as soap. I have a 3 hour drive still ahead of me. Judging by how many people have commenting on the bathrooms and how gross they are I am doing the following on my drive:1. Contacting 7-11 as a franchise the state of these bathrooms doesn’t meet the contractual requirements of cleanliness.2. Contacting the health authority cause they shouldn’t be selling any open food in this fifth.I hope the owner reads this and says “ I should have cleaned up when people put reviews about the same thing 2 years ago”Karma.

Stopped in for something quick to eat. Lady behind the counter was very rude . Chicken strips were very dry , when I came back in with them to tell the clerk she said o well and didn't refund me .

Been stopping last 20 years.. last 2 were bad., but we’ll discuss yesterday June 27. Ordered chicken.. with wedges..8 of each.. I tried to bite into each chicken strip.. all woody and hard.. couldn’t eat any.. too hard to chew… u get a new supplier?!.. bought gas.. gave the teller my card .. I said $100… she said I don’t know how that happened.. gave a receipt for two one hundred dollar charges. Hope that clears up at the bank?!I’m done!!!
