“Came into the Consort area for work and my 2014 F-150 started running rough and losing coolant. Rick and Donnie got me in immediately and started diagnosing the fault, a misfire on cylinder 8. They initially tried to solve it as cheaply and simply as possible with new coil packs and spark plugs, but it didn't work. It was eventually determined that the cylinder head had most likely failed.Donnie and Rick presented me with a variety of options and fought tirelessly to get the parts necessary to fix my truck. Even with a parts shortage, they succeeded and my truck was repaired quickly and perfectly. I regained a lot of horsepower, the truck runs much more smoothly, the motor almost feels new again.Brendan, their mechanic is a master. He was helpful and professional, just like the rest of the Pioneer team. They were excellent, cost effective and solved the fault.Further to this point, they were so decent that they even gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair so that I could continue to work and run small errands like getting groceries.Seriously, I can't say enough about them.
