“my parents have been going to Airdrie Automotive for over 20 years and with the recent sale, I was a little uneasy if they were going to receive the same amazing service they have always gotten. Well, the last couple of weeks has been a tough one for our family and my dad ended up in the hospital, so my mom is driving into Calgary every day. The other day, her vehicle started making noise and smoking, had to get it towed from the NW. she got it in first thing Monday morning and Airdrie Automotive have taken care of her once again. They figured out what was wrong, which was a pain in itself and knowing my mom needs to go to the hospital every day, they set her up with some wheels till the part comes in and vehicle is fixed.
I’m in tears and I am so thankful that the owners that took over have carried on the same kind of service that Airdrie Automotive always has.

“Stopped in twice now with my mom from Red Deer on our way to Calgary for cancer treatment. The first time we had forgotten to get her tires tightened after being switched over, and were in a rush. “Spoke to Tylor about changing my Battery for my mercedes there after I tried multiple other stores and garages that were fully booked for the day!Agreeed on a time that worked for both of us. unfortunately the battery i ordered at a canadian tire did not fit but the mechanic was able to order the right AGM battery from another FT store and it only took 30 mins for it to be delivered! After the battery arrived it was only a ten min procces and i was ready to go !! What amazing customer service i recommend this place. Thank you guys!!”

“I'm over the moon happy with my experience today. I was on my way home and suddenly my sunroof exploded. Caught me off guard to say the least. I composed myself, brainstormed and found my way to this shop. Dennis was very helpful. I asked for a vacuum cleaner so i could clean up the shards and he said that Dan would do it. I was delighted that I didn't have to monkey around on the roof. (would've looked ridiculous). Dan vacuumed all of it, taped it and asked if i wanted to put a bag over top. I of course said yes as I didn't want anymore issues. He happily patched it up so i could carry on home. In the time being we conversed about another sunroof. He asked If I wanted him to phone around and find me a replacement. I once again was so grateful as I wasn't sure what my next step was going to be. Dan and Dennis must've phoned at least 5 places. It turned out that he had a couple directions for me to use. I just had to wait. So I did. Turns out that I was able to go to a wrecker and purchase a used once for a decent price. Considering that it's thousands to replace at a dealer. I drove off so quick that I forgot to even offer them payment. Silly me. I picked up the sunroof, then turned around to go and offer a payment. And apologize of course. Dan asked me if they switched out the roof's which they hadn't. I didn't ask. I reply with no, they didn't change it out. So he tells me to bring my vehicle in and he says he'd replace if for me. He removes all of this hard work of the patch job and carries on and vacuums more, and takes his time with making sure that it's replaced as good as new. At the end of everything. I asked them how much i owed them, and they said nothing. Wouldn't take anything. I asked them if i could at least give them a hug. So that's what I did. Words can't express just how much this act of kindness warms my heart. There are still good people out there. Many thanks to Starfire Autobody and I look forward to sharing my experience with everyone. I will repay them at some point :)”

“The employees and owner here are amazing. I have a lemon of a car, yet some how they always keep it going for me. Every time there has been an issue over the years, they get my car in right away and fix it as fast as humanly possible. Their prices are better then the dealership and they saved me money by showing me where I would have been ripped off. They showed me things on the dealership's quote that didn't actually need done or that I had already paid for. My car now feels like it runs as good as the first year I had it. They are very busy so at times people may feel they are rude as I've seen in reviews, but I feel many people want to go to a shop and talk the mechanic's ear off and act like they know whats up with a car, when really they just need you to drop your car off and let them do their jobs. If something is wrong they'll tell you. Anyways, nothing but amazing work and prices from these guys if you ask me. I will refer anyone with car troubles to them.”
