Horrible people to deal with. After cancelling my spot I found they have been double charging my credit card for many months. When asked about it they tried to say I had another spot (which I do not) they won’t produce any paperwork then blocked my number.

Can't get the deposit back for my key card. Seems like they have all kinds of excuses for $35

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. If they owe you money they will just ignore you and block your number. Go to Crossfield storage and save yourself a headache.
