Ray got me in so quickly for a really minor issue, but I needed my vehicle asap! He had it fixed up for me in less than an hour, even though I had called same day. Ray was so kind and had amazing service! Will definitely be returning for anything I may require in the future!!

I have gotten 2 of my vehicles worked on here, the new owner Ray really knows his stuff. My vehicles run better then ever and it was a fast turn around in his shop. It's the type of shop that isn't going to over charge for unnecessary work. I highly recommend Crossfield Automotive for any vehicle repairs.

Very appreciative of Rusty at Crossfield Automotive. I was in Crossfield for my donut fix when I ran into some car trouble and called him with an urgent issue. Although he had a full shop, he took the time to resolve the issue with my vehicle very promptly last minute on a long weekend Friday. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this business. A necessary detour at Crossfield to inspect strange noise when decelerating. Upon checking our vehicle we discovered 2 missing wheel lugs. A Google search landed us at Crossfield Automotive where the owner attentively replaced the missing lugs, and he noticed another tire with loose lugs, tightening all wheels. Extraordinary service. I was very pleased that Rusty could help me right away with a tricky small problem that could have turned dangerous without his help. I had left Airdrie before I noticed it and there is nothing on the QEII, so I pulled into Crossfield, hoping someone could help. Rusty was very prompt, professional, friendly and fast - and he also, as a matter of course, checked my oil and topped it up as it was way down. I am grateful for his help and recommend this business.

Good man spoke to him about an engine leak in ky wagon, he was quickly able to undiagnose the miss diagnises which took my repairs from a 2500 head gasket to a 250 gasket leak, also my 350 cv joint gone was nothijg more then a ball rattle in my shock and strut system which will cost me nothing as it doesent need to be repaired at all...hes honest and takes the time to listen i HIGHLY recommend stopping by to see him for your automotive needs :D
