Absolutely horrible service in Delburne. If you call the number published to their website you get NO help because your call is sent to a call centre. You have to be given their number by staff, if you don’t have the direct number YOU are out of luck!!! This means even if you’re a member you need to be ‘worthy’ ?member to receive a direct number even if you have been a member for 20 years at this branch to get someone that can help you deal with a banking issue. And when you do finally get a hold of them there is no accountability, no apology, no respect. Why don’t they punish their number FOR ALL MEMBERS ?

Nice small villiage Servus Credit Union! Never busy, and banking is a snap here! Also has a nice oversized parking lot, for the size of the location. No real complaints here!
