Standard Home Hardware.
Very small.. A lot of stuff. Ladies at the cashier, super friendly and made me laugh.
Ask customer service. Not one smile. How can I help you. Directed exactly where I needed to go. Though never got off her chair. Oh well. I get it.

Rude women working there . Needed some loonies so i went to buy something and get "change" . Well the cashier decided to berate me about the people coming in to request change for laundrymat. Thing is i wasnt asking for change i bought a product! This place will never get my business

This is the type of hardware store every town had, where you could get almost everything. Normally, I would give this place 5 stars. However, on two separate occasions, I had to go to the "other" local hardware, which had everything I needed at a very reasonable cost. Certainly, I have the option to order anything Home Hardware offers and have so in the past, and have it arrive in a few days. Having several years of hardware store experience in my youth, I would ensure that if the item was not in stock, I would order it, but there should be a way to memorialize what the customers are asking for, if it is no longer a regular stocked item, and create future convenience for the customer.
