I really don't know what happened to this branch. I have been dealing with them for years. When my mother in law was told that she had to come back (3 times) to move her investments and then that she had to come back in the morning to pick up the bank drafts. They still were not ready. Ask all the questions again for the 3rd time and still had to wait. She then was charge $150 to transfer the money to another bank. No one told her. Some drastic changes need to be made at this branch! We are considering moving all our accounts to another bank.

I went to this branch and my god so many personal questions from one of the ladies at the front desk , maybe they think that’s a good customer service but it’s not specially when you have along line of people waiting. Horrible service

A man by the name of Martin helped me recover my account after a whole account take over. Was a brutal experience but Martin helped me with everything. He put himself in my shoes and said "if I were you, what would I do?" And following his procedure got me back up and going. Great job!

How do you call this branch? I get redirected and they won't even take my call because it isn't Urgent enough? The complaint line takes me to a Barbados website...what the heck is going on with RBC? Note, this is a review of RBC as a whole, not the local branch!

I going to pull all my money out of RBC. Mandating a vaccine for a job is so very wrong. I will not support.
