My sister was a resident for quite a long time. She passed away on Oct 22. I want to commend all the staff who took good care of her. The former care services manager was excellent. However this can't be said at the present time. Lacking in professionalism when dealing with grieving families.

I visit my parents quite often and this evening was the first time I got to meet the Health Care Aid named Peggy. What a blessing this lady is. The care and compassion she has is beyond commendable. Peggy is a true asset to the Bethany.
