“If i could give them 10 stars i would.The staff is helpful, kind and extremely nice to work with. They treat every single customer and fur customer like they’re part of their family. It always brightens my day walking in there. They know their stuff and are ALWAYS willing to help. Especially carrying heavier items to the car.They would help me pick out good treats for my Maverick who passed away recently. He had a very specific diet and they were always so helpful with picking out treats for him to fit his dietary restrictions. I love it there, and I love their 5 star coworker Keva <3 She’s the goodest of girls.”

“My girl and I are frequent flyers at the Didsbury Pet Valu and our visits there are always excellent. However, today Tara went above and beyond to make sure my dog had an enriching and positive experience. She even took this hilarious photo of my dog “fighting for her life” lol. 7/5 stars for the always friendly staff, especially Tara.”
