“My girl and I are frequent flyers at the Didsbury Pet Valu and our visits there are always excellent. However, today Tara went above and beyond to make sure my dog had an enriching and positive experience. She even took this hilarious photo of my dog “fighting for her life” lol. 7/5 stars for the always friendly staff, especially Tara.”

“My dogs just love this dog food. My one rottie was very sensitive. She is now thriving! They offer at home delivery which is a huge benefit. If you was real LEAN dog food. Give them a try!”

“This is long overdue; my most sincere apology to Jocelyn who has been nothing but amazing throughout my visits. I was distracted that I keep on forgetting to ask for her name until recently. ??? I must say that the service I've received from this location is second to none. Exceptional, phenomenal and oh so genuine. Jocelyn goes above and beyond her duties and that is something rare to see these days. She has remained consistent throughout my visits. I appreciate that she is always bright, positive and smiling. Most people just do the bare minimum. I was at Pet Valu the week before (Didsbury location) and the staff was more interested in playing with the new kitten. Go figure. Also, a shout out to Carmen for her knowledge, bubbly personality and helpfulness, even though she's new. This is what customer service is all about. Not dismissive of customers or pretentious. Well done to the hiring manager! Jocelyn and Carmen, thank you so very much for all that you do! Keep up the good work! From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate your efforts. Wishing everyone success, health, wealth, prosperity and much more. ?”
