Great selection & return policy. I got some awesome suspender boots there for my dog that were too big, and was able to return them easily and get the right size. They promote other local businesses, which is awesome.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owners at the pet valu in Didsbury yesterday. They are very pleasant and helpful and have an absolutely beautiful store with lots of product and well laid out. Look forward to making it a go to for our dog.

Love my local Pet Valu! Always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, the stock is plentiful and the dog wash is amazing! You can even find plenty of seasonal events from holiday pet photos to fundraisers for rescues. Thanks for being a great part of our community.

We took our dog here to be fitted for winter and we had so much fun! The quality and selection for boots and coats was amazing. They sell all the best dog food, treats and toys and are going to bring my dog food in-store for me. The bathing station is well designed, affordable and comes with everything you need. The customer service is priceless, this is our favorite pet store.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are really helpful. Emma does a great job cutting our dog’s nails. The dog baths are always well stocked and clean.

We always have the best service here, and they have a huge variety of products for both my puppy and kitty. Their food and treats are very high quality and the grooming space has everything you need for your dog’s shower and always looks clean.

The amount of pride they take in this store is evident right away. From the smiles on their faces to how clean and organized the store is. It's not just from the owners, the employees seem like they really love their jobs. The extra giveaways, dogwash events, photos and appreciation days are a cherry on top.
