I came here with my mother to give my cats Zoom, Billy and Jeffery away. And yes, it was incredibly sad for me because I was really attached to them but hopefully they'll find new amazing homes! Awesome facility and staff! would def recommend!1!

OUR FOUNDATION: "NO MORE HOMELESS PETS"
The Wild Rose Humane Society (WRHS) was born and established as a non-profit organization in 2007, when a group of passionate individuals came together to address the need for an animal shelter in central Alberta. WRHS believes that a shelter is a small fix for a larger problem: one that extends beyond providing temporary accommodation for homeless pets. Through our commitment to spay/neuter and other education programs, we hope to be part of the solution and finally reach the goal that is common to all shelters and rescues: no more homeless pets.
