Great experience. Went in without an appointment and asked if there was anyway they could shave a few millimetres off a couple panes of glass. They got to it right away and didn’t even charge for their time. Very impressed!

Must say dealing with Dean was an absolute pleasure!!! He has a great attitude very professional. Had my windows fixed within the hour. Hope I don’t need to come back but if I do it’s definitely to this shop here in Drayton Valley.

The friendly and honest young lady at the front desk fixed my rock chipped windshield for free even though it took her time and material to fix it. She said the crack was too sever to be fixed completely but hopefully it'll stop it to grow.

Everytime I call I am put on hold I have sat 20 minutes waiting. the old Crystal Glass was never like this. They re glued my rear view mirror to my classic car couldnt get it straight and scratched the mount all to hell.

10/10 for customer service. Got us in the next day for a couple windows replaced on our vehicle. It was done earlier than expected, price was fair and they even cleaned the dash in our vehicle. My husband had card problems and had to make a couple trips to the bank 🙈 They went above and beyond and we will use them again for sure.

Picked up my car yesterday and the professionalism was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend getting your glass work done at this shop. Best in town hands down.

I like to shop locally so I stopped in to see if they could make a new window for my house.
He said yes and it would be ready in the morning, I thought that sounds great.
Went back the next day and he rudely said it would be Monday now. Waited till mid week and called, “she said it was on the cutting table” and would be done soon. That was a week ago. What a waste of time. I would avoid.

Needed a rock chip repair on New Year’s Eve. They were 5 minutes away from closing time but waiting a half hour for my truck to get there and did the repair. All in all probably stayed 1.5 hrs late for me. Can’t beat that kind of service.

Purchased 2 windows and had them installed both leaked first rain only held in with 2 screws and not even tight to the wall wrote a detailed email with pictures no response. Still waiting after 4 weeks for a manager to phone

Complained of windnouse/ howling noise at highway speed after a new windshield was installed. Left truck to be looked at for the day, I was told that the technician didn't experience this noise. Continues to do it. You can only imagine how nice driving down the highway is.

Used to be good, now skip it. Took truck in for windshield replacement at 9am, truck wasn't ready until noon, super inconvenient. When I got the truck back, several trim pieces were damaged or missing. The kids in the back shop didn't even bother trying to replace the weather stripping under the hood, it was just gone. Had to order from dealer in city, even more inconvenient. If i could give zero stars, I would. Professional courteous service, my foot.
