“The equipment is newer, well maintained, and if needed, replaced. There is enough machines and workout equipment that rarely if ever is there a wait to use a station.
The staff is friendly, always helpful, and very knowledgeable on aspects of fitness, proper training techniques, body performance issues or enhancements, and supplements pre and post workout.
Mo, the owner has his hand in the heartbeat of the Drayton Valley gym. He is regularly here performing owner duties and fitting his own workouts in. That commitment resonates throughout the staff. An excellent facility.”
