Not very happy with a product that I bought from my location after not even 1 use it broke and when i took it in to get it replaced they told me because it was used they would not take it back or replace not happy they did nothing to help me.

Thank you to the ladies working at Drayton Valley Petvalu today, after my dog got sprayed by a skunk I was panicked and overwhelmed when I arrived at your store but your calm and helpful demeanour meant a lot and was exactly what I needed. The product you recommended also seems to have stated working thank god!

Poor service and overpriced. I was asked to leave when I mentioned my dog got sprayed by a skunk and was wanting to bathe her. I was rushed out “I’m going to have to ask you to leave” before being able to tell them I had already given her a bath at home and wanted to use theirs to do an extra good clean. I had also called this morning to ask for the price of bathing a dog and had told the girl then as well that my dog had been sprayed and she never said anything about me not being able to bring her in.
