Another great experience at Stetsons. Layne and Cassy made this such a seamless process. Layne’s team went to Hinton and delivered the truck right to my door in Leduc and left it with us to drive over the weekend. Purchased a 12x28 lofted barn with garage door. Really good price and I did a lot or research. David was great to work with, easy transaction and worked with me on my delivery schedule. Would highly reccommend! Can't wait for it to be delivered this week!

I went in a looked for a used vehicle. I found one on the lot but someone had applied for credit and they were seeing if they would be approved. Fair enough, the salesman said he would call me after the weekend and let me know if the truck would be available.
So on Monday the next week i had not received a call so i phoned ahead, with the stock number, to verify that the truck was available to purchase. The salesman said it was, so i headed to the bank and grabbed cash, picked up someone to drive the newly purchased truck home.
Upon arriving at the dealership they told me that the truck was shipped to another dealer this morning at 8am.
So i wasted my time, wasted the time of the person that gave me a ride ect.

For the second time in four months i was passing through Drayton Valley and called this dealer for support and they stepped up and got me in right away. First time I had a cv boot issue and they got me in, replaced the boot and had me on my way in 1.5 hrs. I recently had my tires changed and noticed they were not balanced. Again, I was about an hour away from Drayton and making my way North when I gave them a call and they booked me in within an hour. That's the kind of service one expects but I haven't seen in years. I didn't even purchase my truck here but I will deeply consider a purchase from here although I live a thousand kms north of here. I had called a couple tire shops before calling Stetson GM and they were not able to help. Again, great service and awesome folks in the service dept. Thanks!

We needed to lease a work truck recently. I shopped around and did my homework and can tell you that this dealership has the best rates and service packages for a worry-free deal. Riley and Cassy are a super team. Both efficient and knowledgeable and don't mess around! I will definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks again!

Big thanks to the service department who got our ZR2 in, diagnosed, and fixed quickly. Our CV boot was broken and we couldn’t continue our trip without it replaced. Also thank you to the customer who was waiting on that boot but let us take it while another was ordered for them. Greatly appreciated!

The buying experience was excellent at Stetson and I was treated well. I liked that small town feel. The experience with a dealership needs to go beyond the sales. They need to stand behind their service as well.Had transmission issues with another one of my vehicle so because of my buying experience I decided to get it repaired at Stetson. After being told by the service department that a GM transmission came with warrantee (3 year/ 60000 km)the decision was made to purchase the transmission which end up costing over $7000 with installation. Approximately 3 months later I had issues with the transmission only to be informed that GM would not warrantee the transmission because they placed it in a rebuilt vehicle. An important detail that should have been disclosed when I was purchasing the transmission. If this would have been disclosed a different decision would have been made and I would not have waisted my money. Stetson did have the serial number for my vehicle to order the transmission so had access to this information which they did indicate that they obtained when I came in for the warrantee work. Now I have a vehicle with a $7000+ transmission that continues to have issues.I would suggest questioning the service department. A customer depends on their advise and expertise when making these types of purchases. I would give their service a zero rating. Very unsatisfied.

Sales review: Best dealership experience we've ever had! Vikki went above and beyond, there was no pressure, she was understanding and took her time to explain everything. I can't begin to explain how amazing the purchasing experience was while dealing with Vikki. I can't recommend her enough!Service department review:flu hit our household leaving us unable to pick up our vehicle after it had some work done, and the service advisor was happy to ask if a few of the sales staff could deliver it to us. Delivery was made and we couldn't be more thankful.Overall review:If you've never dealt with this dealership and are considering it, DO IT, you won't regret it!

Riley, Mike, Cassy and the entire team at Stetson GM provided one of the best truck buying experiences. Highly recommended and would send friends and family there without hesitation. I'm 800 kms away from Drayton Valley and without question make this trip again to purchase another vehicle from Stetson!
