Value Drug Mart is a well-run store with a family vibe that many have used since childhood. The pharmacy team goes above and beyond, is caring, kind, and happy to help with all questions, pharmacy needs, and immunizations. They know their customers and make things easy. The whole store team is always helpful, friendly, pleasant, and delightful. The post office staff are also super wonderful and delightful. You can find good sentimental gifts here. It is a great place highly recommended for the community. However, one pharmacist is noted as being very rude and dismissive of people's concerns, coming across as straightforward to the point of rolling her eyes and writing off serious symptoms. This pharmacist emphasized not to take anything natural, calling them useless, and dismissed a customer's questions as ridiculous. This experience was disheartening. Aside from this one individual, everyone else encountered is loved, and you couldn't ask for a better pharmacy team.

The pharmacy team here go above and beyond to help their customers to make sure it is easy breezy beautiful cover girl for their guests.
