Waited on a part that they claimed they had, granted it's on a used wreck. Waited all weekend plus Friday to be told it was no good. Also I called early Friday morning.

I very rarely leave reviews but the service I have received over several years and different vehicles is nothing short of outstanding. If they have the parts they are affordable and they know their stock.
If unsure they tell you, check, then call you back.
If they don’t have it they refer you to another company, all with the intent to keep the customer happy and your vehicle on the road.

I wouldn’t trust a word the employees here say. Their mistake is your bill to pay for. I asked specifically about the return policy before purchasing. When I came back in that had changed.
That reply just is not true. I asked directly if it would be returnable if it was not what I needed. I wanted to have every possible part available before I tore my ABS system apart and couldn’t run out for my supplies. The answer to if it was returnable was yes no problem. No other details or info on the return policy. When I came back to return the un used part that never even got attempted to install that is when the lady discovered that it was actually an electrical part and that it was not returnable. Going above and beyond would be admitting your employee made a mistake and should honour what was told to your customer.

Most brand new parts are cheaper than what they charge..
Plus they never call back when they say they will. Absolutely disgrace

Wayne from dunmore auto wreckers is the most kindest and understanding person I ever delt with I know I would always come back and will recommend to anyone they listened to my situation and found the best solution to my motor issues at the price I could afford.
Thank you everyone should call dunmore auto wreckers for any trucks and car related things why pau full price when you don't have to.
