There was one Indian lady might be a manager she was very rude. We were entering from outside with our shopping bags and alarm started buzzing and the lady stopped us and accusing we might have stole something from somewhere I didn’t expect this type of behaviour from the well known company’s employe. Now I will suggest my known people not to shop from that store.

Pathetic customer service by the employees. Associate jass is rude and don’t know how to handle customer and can’t even talk properly. Even the manager did not tried to address the issue.

There were some clothing stores in Premium Outlet Collection near Edmonton International Airport. People could find sporty, girly, fashionable and other styles here.
I really like this kind of cropped top design. It can make woman look younger and also give the impression of longer legs.

Terrible customer service. We were in the store 30min before closing and they were locking doors, turned off all the music and told us the change room was closed for the night. We had to insist to use the change room for them to open it back up and they offered no help with finding sizes.

I won’t ever visit this place again because they give misleading information to customers and when we ask the manager on duty to do price match they refused it was clearly written that the dress is 29.99 but when i went at checkout they said its 79.99 and the manager was so rude.

Men, women and kids sections are separated. Love to walk and buy clothes from here. Both casual and formal dresses are available. Very neat and clean; organized and well decorated. Some products are on sale. Staffs are very helpful. They offered help few times. Price is reasonable. Lots of parking in mall parking area including accessible parking. Highly recommend other to try this place.

They have clothes on sale, but the store does not mention that they are on final sale! I was not informed by the sales associate until I noticed a final sale seal on the receipt, when I asked from associate he said its only for one item. When I tried to exchange the other item, I was told all the sale items are final sale items.I felt deceived! They trick customer and it should not happen. At least the store should have a single sign that all the items that are on sale are on final sale!Very disappointed!
