The one night cashier needs to straighten out and treat his customers better. There is a CircleK 4 mins away I would recommend going to.

I placed an order yesterday evening (May 27th, 2025) on the 7-Eleven app around 11:20pm for pickup. The male cashier working that evening needs training in customer service and in how to speak politely to customers.
Usually, once my order is ready, I receive a notification from the app indicating that I should provide a four-digit code to the cashier. However, this time, my order was stuck at “order in progress” in the app. After waiting several minutes for the code, I went to the store and informed the cashier working the late shift (around 11:30 p.m.) that I had placed an order for two hotdogs and was there to pick it up.
The cashier asked if I was Uber. I told him I was not and that I had placed the order through the 7-Eleven app. I gave him my order number, but he said that wasn’t the correct one. I provided the store number where I was supposed to pick up my order, but he said it was the wrong store and started rambling. He dismissed me and saying “next” to the other customer when the problem was at his end.
He spoke to me in a very rude tone. I told him that didn’t make sense because when I clicked on “directions to store” in the app, it brought me to this exact location.
I mentioned that I always use the 7-Eleven app and have never had issues picking up orders before.
Yesterday was the second time I went to the store and this cashier was there. Last time, he tried to push me to donate money to a charity in an extremely rude way

i was on job took washroom break but girl said that washroom is out of order it was excuse because everyone's using washroom rude staff ,very bad customer service.

The food choices are horrible, the sandwiches with the “try me toasted” stickers are false advertisement, what kind of seven eleven doesnt have a way to heat up the food that they offer to heat up?? They have so much room behind the counter for a pizza oven, toaster, etc instead the employees just game on their phone in this huge empty space until customers come in.
How does seven eleven not have pizza?

Have show up late to witness a 7-Eleven full of homeless people who harass and swear at customer and a rude clerk that does not seem to care its unfortunate I've been in the store on other night with different staff and the place is a completely different story never the less I try me best to stear clear of the place regardless

After my bad experience with 7 elven... my son wanted to feel some happiness on day FREE SMALL SLURPee...
But this employee extinguished happiness with his triviality and small-mindedness as well ...
I don't know why they employ 7 elven employees who do not have good thinking, are mentally ill, and are provocative.
When I arrived, there was a long line and everyone was using coffee cups to fill the slushies (SLURPEE), and I did the same thing and took 3 small cups.( Because there is no plastic cups ) When I arrived at the cashier, this employee told me to leave it because it was for coffee cups, or to pay for it, knowing that It was free. I told him that small cups were. He said yes, but this is a cup for coffee. Of course, he is a thief. He seemed to want to put the price for it in his pocket. I left it for him and left after greeting him with a greeting that he deserves.
The strange thing was that many people in front of me took their cups and left without paying or speaking to him or he stopping them .
In the end my son now hates 7 elven... I advise you not to go here, as you may encounter problems that will bother you from an idiot employee like him.

The place had a bad smell. The guy on shift was upset that I asked a question. Very rude. Garbage was over flowing.

I don't normally leave reviews for gas stations but this one is the best!
Always well stocked, clean, open when no one else is.
Recently started carrying Onigiri, Melona, and Yukimi and I couldn't have been more delighted!
Staff are always kind and non judgmental.
And I regularly see a man polishing the gas pumps⛽️ Keep up the great work!
