They actively refuse to sell you a paper bag, which they have under their counters, and force you to buy the more expensive $2.00 bags. When I asked why every other 7-11 allows you to buy a paper bag, they told me that their manager disallows them from selling them. Recommend going to the Circle K nearby, or another 7-11 as they won't try to rip you off for a few dollars.

I watched the manager ask a homeless person if they were ok. The homeless person said they were just trying to get money for food. The manager then said “well you can’t do it here”.
I was shocked by the lack of compassion for another human, it was -15 out and snowing at the time.
If you’re reading this, I would hope you would take part in boycotting this location too. I find it very disgusting when people act in such a derogatory way to people when they’re at their lowest.

I come here for early (4-5am) coffee for my thermos. The guy who used to work here used to keep up with making coffee so it was sort of fresh. There is some woman there now that rarely has enough coffee to fill my thermos and today it was luke warm. She’s also frequently rude as if I’m an annoyance to her. Terrible service terrible coffee now.

I arrived at midnight with a friend, we're from our of town, and we're told that the washroom was out of order, they didn't have Chapstick (seems like something a convenience store would have( and no bills for change which resulted in my friend getting a handful of coins. Get it together, gang! I'm surprised that the gas pumps worked.

Not a good customer service and no washroom for customers got a full tank of gas . Employee, said it is out of orderat night. I asked every time I come here. It is out of order why she did not reply at all.

This seven eleven never seems to have trays for slush and when I ask why they never have it I get the response of “our owner is too cheap to order them.” It’s Been like that for a year they don’t have them. Also they don’t shovel their walk ways!!! Felt like I climbed Mount Everest just to get into their store and I asked what their managers name was and their “not authorized” to give me a managers name ?

Filled gas at around 4:45 am and went in use washroom. Associate said washroom out of service. Just a minute later, police officers arrived and were allowed to use washroom. When I enquired, I got a response night time washroom out of order. What a way to provide service to genuine customers. Almost same story for every other locations.

Mulatu M. Was rude i was just asking some questions on their hot food they’re selling and he responded in sarcastic way and he’s the manager as per him. He doesn’t deserve to be a manager very poor customer service!! This guy doesn’t deserve one star.
