The lady out there at around 10 PM on Jan 9th 2026 was super rude, zero manners and zero customer interaction skills, no greetings and no farewell, talked like garbage with aggressive tone, and frustrated facial expressions. Your staff needs some minimum manners and basic customer service skills to talk to their customers.

It's a convenient store, but they don't have any paper bags for my convenience. Next time I'll just drive the couple extra minutes to Sobeys, Save-on, or even Circle K. I'm giving it 2 stars because they have a new male employee that is very good at his job.

Love the day shift employees they all watched me grow up from just a kid . But the old white guy at night is unsuitable for this job doors are always locked & he’s always grumpy and in the back for hours.
