When I went to grab gas around 2:57pm the pump accepted my card but then went hay wire when I lifted the nozzle like instructed, it kept telling for me to put it back after I put it back and went inside, the Filipina cashier reset it but had me pay twice instead of releasing $30 worth of gas and refused to refund me the initial $30 and told me to either leave or call the cops, it got to the point the cashier was accusing me of stealing the money, I let my frustrations very well known after your cashier's extremely poor customer service and inability to understand time when they were trying to look for my receipt an hour and a half early and an hour and a half later then the time I specified

a gas station convenience store and nothing else. it is what it says it is and it doesn’t try to be anything more. honest. went here to get gum while doing laundry. came out with three different types. i’m a sucker for gum.

Tried to buy some ATF fluid with cash and they straight up told me they can't accept it due to not having bills to break a $50😂 how do 2 cashiers at a gas station not have a $20, $10 and a $5 to return as change. Weak customer service or just lazy workers I guess

Bad experience today. A young Indian (south asian) employee at cash register ordered me to use the bathroom no more than 5 minutes as she said that I usually takes a lot of times. I asked her to repeat as I didn't really understand what she was saying nor why saying that in front of customers. I went at that 7/11 at 3 different occasions, different day, as I usually wait for my clothes to dry at the coin laundry next to it and the owner doesn't allow us to use the restroom so we have to go to the 7/11.
Usually I buy some stuff for 10$ after but today, I decided to do my business at No Frills instead.
Suggestion to the staff: not everyone goes do drugs or whatnot in the restroom. There are real people just need to pee and they can take the time it needs. Ordering someone to clock when they pee, it is against customer service policy.

Clean, well stocked store, and great staff for the most part! My three teenage daughters and I love to go because the ladies are always so kind and friendly. Perlita especially is a gem!! Always smiling, making fresh coffee, and keeping the place tidy and clean. I hope to see more of her in the morning, as that’s when I go the most. She’s really great at her job. :)

Asked buddy behind the counter for hot food he didn't know how to help me and wouldn't it's one of those the people behind the counter have to get it for you and he wouldn't dont shop here so unhelpful and a waste of time
