The service is good but all I want in morning is coffee and a corndog, and you insist on cooking them from frozen which ends up a cold weiner and soggy bun

Not happy with staff during day light hours at this specific 7 eleven locations... the staff at night are very friendly and nice .. but yesterday around 2pm I can't remember exactly what time but I was met with the rudest lady working there ! The story goes yesterday I had a medical issues and I was feeling too too much pain that I had to go to the bathroom yes I did take a bit long because I wanted to relieve the pain I felt I was gonna faint plus the heat I didn't feel good I was sweating profusely and the pain wouldn't go away I was really in bad conditions.. so the lady working there knocked on the bathroom door and I was met with bad attitude by staff.. and they start to threatening me .. I had told her I was in bad pain and she says who cares go home but I was in so much pain I was bleeding also .... when I got out of the bathroom still in pain she was saying to me go to hospital not here ... I couldn't believe the attitude.. I was born and raised in canada and never in my life had someone treat me this bad .. those staff members need to be taught respect and manners .. another person would have helped anyone having medical issues in public but the staff at 7 eleven were the worst

My 5 star rating is only for staff (Ederick)who is working very hard to serve his guest some time another lady .Every midnight this store gets busy because there is only staff…..In the name of cutting labor these operators are killing their staffs…….

I’m disappointed with your service and attitude. I’m not someone who typically leaves bad reviews, but I won’t be coming back. I didn’t do anything to you; I approached the cashier with a smile and said hello, but I was met with rudeness and a bad attitude. That’s not acceptable. You just lost a valuable customer. Goodbye forever.

We went for a slurpee and all the nozzles were dirty, we saw black mold on one of them. Limited variety. Only go here if you have a death wish.

If I could give a zero i would. This gas station seems to be incapable to refilling the till tape at the pumps. Once is OK, twice is laziness, but this is time number 6, and they fail everything at maintaining printers at the pumps. Maybe they should just remove pay at the pump as they insist in having people come in to get gas reciepts. Maybe a new operations manager should be in play as the current manager does not understand the needs of their customers.

Unacceptable Racial Profiling at 7-Eleven
I am extremely upset this evening. My son who is only 12 and his friends went to this 7-Eleven location to buy drinks. After making their purchase and attempting to leave, an employee accused them of stealing and demanded that they open their jackets.
This is a clear case of racial profiling, which is completely unacceptable. We support local businesses by allowing our kids to shop there, but what this employee did was unfair and disrespectful. No customer should have to experience this kind of treatment.
I urge 7-Eleven management to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

The staff there around 7:30 is so disrespectful. The girl name Parm have attitude problem. Someone came after me, and she start serving him, and that guy was not even in lineup. When I told her, she said it’s not big deal. There are so many bad reviews about her . She so rude…

This place, 5611 23 Ave has the best employees alongside the 711 on 34th street and 43rd millwoods, the first 711, the employees are extremely good to my children and I and were very regular customers in person and online I walked out once with a $175 dollar order and forgot to put up the tweezers under my phone I was holding and next time I went in I apologized and explained what happened and they were very happy and understanding, my kids love them and I worry when I see one of the employees at both locations upset in any way.
Extremely recommended, extremely helpful and generous staff and amazing selection of items that are hardly, if ever, low quality!
Fast, friendly, reliable and they handle issues with all sorts of customers and find solutions extraordinarily well!
The kids and I love you guys, you rock!
