Horrible staff and manager, they took my drinks after I paid for them just because my friends were with me at the register, and the manager told me I couldnt have the drinks I paid for until my friends left the store, the staff genuinely sucks and always have.

Always check your purchase before paying. I bought a soft drink, and the person at the till added a medium slurpy to my bill and tapped on the machine as if to rush me to pay before I could notice. I hit cancel and said no, that's not right. He sheepishly corrected it before I paid. I don't believe this was a mistake.

Two purchases in a row, the other night & now this afternoon, I asked for white meat & I got legs & wings when the Bf got home. He figures new staff may not know what white meat is. I'm ill & I can't eat a lot of animal meat, so when I feel up to a treat, I want the deal as advertised. It used to be fresh, hot & delicious too. He ordered ribs, & also got legs & wings instead, we were in too much of a hurry to deal with these screwups so I feel ripped off of my dose of animal protein this week, I'm likely going to have to make alternative arrangements.

I went to buy pizza from them and told them I wanted it fresh right now. The manager suddenly got angry and started yelling at me that it was fresh, but it wasn't cooked properly and wasn't fresh at all. When I bought it, I wanted a cup to put the cheese sauce in, as usual, but the manager started yelling and insulting me, saying I couldn't. She snatched the cup from me after a girl who worked there gave it to me. The manager also yelled at this employee, embarrassing her, and threatened to fire me, telling me not to speak to her rudely, even though she was the one who started it and yelled. Finally, I left and threw the bad pizza out of this awful place. The manager is kicking customers out and yelling at them. What kind of treatment is this?!

Terrible experience at this store.
I went to pick up a DoorDash order around 2 AM on October 28, and the door was locked. I called the store several times, but nobody answered. After standing outside in the cold and knocking for about five minutes, someone finally came out.
Instead of helping, the night shift guy started arguing with me, saying I shouldn’t call the store — even though my delivery instructions clearly say I can call if the door is locked. When I told him it was freezing outside, he said, “It’s not that cold, you’re wearing a hoodie,” and then refused to give me the order.
This is completely unacceptable behavior. If the owner is reading this, please take strict action against this employee. No one deserves to be treated like this while working late at night in the cold. Very unprofessional and rude. Never recommending this store.

Worst 7 eleven in the city. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to shop where there's very rude staff and only know how to treat their customers like dirt.

Very Poor customer service,even with a 7eleven membership card,the supervisor there in 118,close to Mustard seed always refuse customer to microwave or use the wash room,because one is not buying stuff at the time.

Second review, my first one got deleted by god knows who? Tried to get a lunch.. was met by hands grabbing me out of the store for literally walking in.. Russian lady said “you must wait” after 5 people had just left the store and as I waited outside the second after she lets 5 more people in? Not to mention how unsanitary it is.

The lady who answered the phone is very disrespectful and does not have any idea what she’s doing she has no intentions on assisting her customers and needs to be retrained. I simply asked a question about their chicken sandwich and she would refuse to answer me and was saying she won’t help me and doesn’t want to help me even after saying how I can’t find any of the information which I was looking for on Google

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at 711. I came in for some drinks and to use the bathroom and when I asked if they have a public washroom they just replied “Are you a customer” in the rudest tone.
There are ways to say your policy is you have to make purchases to use the bathroom without being rude about it. I almost decided to go somewhere else for my drinks. I swear it’s like customer service and being polite is slowly being eroded.
Also the tills were tied up from the staff prepping delivery orders so I had to use self checkout because these days when you go to the store you are a lower tier than when you order online.

The, I'm guessing management. Verbaly threaten an employee as I walked in. I asked for washroom key as per sign on washroom. She looked at me with here eye brows to the sky and asked if I was a customer. I said I could be. She gave me the key. I returned it after I was done and decided not to get the beef jerky I was going to get.

Called to check if they had the item I had ordered on Uber eats, he informed me that they did not because the oven was being cleaned. He then asked me to please cancel the order due to not being able to prepare the item so I did. Uber then refused to issue a refund to me because they stated that the merchant said they already put time into the order. So now I am out 25$ because the person working didn't inform Uber that the order was cancelled because of them. Whatever you do avoid ordering from this place, I have also gotten rancid chocolate milk 1L from this exact location in previous orders at least twice.
