My sisters and I - as we are black, hijabi women , went out for a few snacks we found ourselves at our local 7/11 for 5 years now. We were greeted with nothing but disrespect and disappointment, a worker that wore a name tag that read Tanvir followed us around our 15 minutes of confusion in which we decided what to purchase, key word - PURCHASE. He followed us around with a smug look and crossed arms as other male shoppers were treated with kindness and hostility, As we purchased our items he decided to ask if we had anything else in which my sister replied with “do you think we’re stealing?” as we had our suspicions while he whispered among his friends that also happened to be customers, he then proceeded to say “maybe” and kept quiet as we left in disbelief , feeling unsafe and disgusted. Tanvir SHOULD NOT be a worker here, after 5 years of loyalty and honesty we come to be treated like thugs, disgusting.

Black muslim people be ware of this employee, very rude worker named “TANVIR” assumed three black hijabi women were stealing and following us and making rude comments the entire time. It should not be working there and making wrong assumptions, we come to this 7-Eleven all the time and we’ve never taken anything. We were loyal customers and now i never wanna go there again because of that rude worker. Discrimination, racism and assumptions all in the span of 15 minutes very disrespectful and disappointing

I ordered wedges on skip from this location today. This is what I received. Not even edible. The wedges are tiny, burned, yet somehow white as if they aren’t even cooked all the way through. They smell and look like they have been sitting all day. Absolutely abysmal. I think people should at least think “would I eat this myself” before making the decision to give it to a customer. Not okay, 711. Not okay!

Staff was extremely rude and impatient. Tried to get nachos and the chili was pretty much empty. When I informed the clerk she came over and squeezed out the bottom of the bag, which splattered all over and then told me that was enough and didn't change the bag until I was leaving the store. Glad I moved out of the neighbourhood.
