I believe I was treated unfairly and profiled. On multiple occasions after I made purchases, my card was suddenly blocked, as if it had been reported stolen. I live nearby and have a small puppy. Several times, they refused to serve me—first because I had my puppy with me, then claiming their machine was not working. After being able to make purchases a few times, I noticed my card stopped working again, which makes me believe they reported it. This pattern of behavior feels discriminatory and unjust.

This new kid that started working nightshifts, always has this cleaning sign up i was here at 3am and now 4am tonight and still isn't open, this isn't the first time.. I see the day workers cleaning and stocking shelves. What makes him special??

Terrible!!! The cashier lady tried scamming me an extra 5 dollars until I busted her. She wasn't happy. Absolutely terrible.

Ok this has been the 3rd time coming here tonight with the door being locked to come and get rolling papers and pop I normally come here almost daily for things and have paid for my stuff and right now I'm standing at the door and it has a sign on it close for cleaning and the staff doing his cash out and acknowledges me here but pretty much ignoring me I'm not homeless i live down the street.

Avoid the butterchicken taquitos. They taste sweet like pumpkin pie? Nutmeg? No chicken, can barely taste it.. it's like some hot dessert someone dared me to eat. They should remove it from the menu that flavour is a sin. Feel like my soul got slapped in the face.
Beef taco is peak though 🤌
The staff are a mixed bag.. some are really kind others are just straight up rude, short, cold and will ignore your existence. Sometimes the foods really fresh, often times they leave it sit for too long and still sell food that's gone stale under the heat lamp. Almost chipped a tooth biting in a potato wedge once, and $0.69 per single wedge? Damn. That should be criminal. All and all very inconsistent place to come to, you're rolling the dice when you buy hot foods.
This place often has a lot of people begging for cigarettes, asking for change, someone asking to use my phone.. kinda feel harassed sometimes.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST! NOW TELL ME WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING ON AFTERNOON SHIFT ON A BUSY DAY? ALSO NO FOOD DISPLAY, THE WHOLE STORE IS MESSY, SLURPEE ARE EVERYWHERE, LOTS OF CRAZY PEOPLE OUTSIDE! THE LAST TIME I WENT THERE THREE PEOPLE WORKING ON MORNING, I'M ASSUMING ONE OF THEM IS THE MANAGER I THINK IT WAS A GUY AND HE DONT GREET ANYONE COMING AND WHILE SERVING HE DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING AND LOOK AT YOU LIKE HE'S JUDGING YOU! THEN ONE TIME I WENT IN THE AFTERNOON TWO LADIES IN THE FRONT TILL ARE ARGUING AND DOES NOT CARE IF THERE'S A CUSTOMERS. THEY'RE ARE ARGUING WHILE THE STORE IS UPSIDE DOWN. IT'S SO DISGUSTING. MANAGEMENT ON THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE IF SOMETHING HAPPENES TO THE EMPLOYEE, THEY LET THEM WORK ALONE IN BUSY, CRAZY AND UNSAFE PLACE. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

I am speechless to talk about the behaviour of the person who was working inside, the gate was locked from inside and the guy was working. When we knocked he saw us but just neglected to move or open the door! Very weird.

I was told not to eat their pizza. Today we tried the salt & pepper wings with the regular wings. They were so dry and tasted like they were out for over half the day. That's gross. The food at another 711 outlet is sooooo good. Why does this one suck so bad. Even the Slurpee machines were liquid. Who runs this store? The lady at the till was overwhelmed. I didn't waste any of her time- quick in and out. That should not be. It should be double teams always in 97 Street. Get your act together store owner.

The staff at this location have always been amazing and the store is clean. My major problem and reason for the 1 star is due to the fact that drug addicts/homeless are allowed to hang out inside. I don't feel comfortable having my children get slurpees while addicts sit inside cleaning their meth pipes, sleeping, etc. 711 is NOT a shelter last time I checked. I get staff don't want problems with them but what about the safety of the customers?

Very friendly staff, great deals on pizza, wings, and so much more! Initially, I was hesitant to visit this location due to the bad reviews, but I decided to stop by since the gas station I needed was nearby. I’m so glad I did—it turned out to be a fantastic experience! $40 for 2 large pizzas, 20 wings, and 8 dips is unbeatable!
