Very dirty store. Crackheads hanging around the store inside and out sleeping in the front and inside by lottery. The employees can't count give back correct change. Worst employees, No cleaning has been done in this establishment probably since opening. Smells like a ? bar. No manager on site to deal with any issues.

My last few trips to this location really stinks. I'm a man who is in my mid fifties and I'm getting asked to identify and scan my identification for cigarettes. I look like my age. And now the cabinets are locked on the inside of the store to get products that I would like to buy. (Ice cream) There is no convenience at this store. No longer purchase here

The store is just a normal 7-11. Nothing is really wrong with the store. I've never had any problems with the products or the employees, they normally greet you when you walk in and are helpful and get their job done. The problem is the people who go to the store and the people who stay outside which is totally not related to the store at all and isn't their problem. But in all the store is totally fine, just get your stuff and leave it's a just a store after all.

I bought lotto here last April 21, 2024 ànd paid $100 bill to Valèntino(staff). He told me I don't havè a change so I àsked him to call the manager. He said I need to scan the money, I'm okay with that, as soon as he closed the register, Valentino said oh my god! He freaked out ovèr $100 bill, mind you it wasn't busy that time às I wàs the only customer. Hey Valentino, you neeď help, go sèe an spèçialist before you get paranoid again.

Such rude lazy staff. I just want to get something cheaper and she could keep the extra money. Instead of an Arizona iced tea I called to ask for a big gulp with lemonade and iced tea. They are on the menu but she lies and first says they don’t have lemonade. I say it says you do but I called because I wanted them to mix the two. It’s not a big deal. Nope now I can’t put the Arizona back because it’s already been grabbed from the fridge! What? Just put it back and give me the $2.50 cheaper drink and keep the difference for your extremely hard work! No we can’t take things back! She’s just being a lazy little child at this point. Why are these people at 7-eleven always such miserable people?!

The staff here really makes this place a welcoming and our favorite snack stop. They remember the regulars and are just super nice and lovely people.Store is well stocked and is clean - someone is always tidying up the place.

Fins it a little depressing to shop here. Maybe it could use some remodeling like all 7-11s could. Tends to be a bit dirty at times but that could be because of the clientele and the slurpee machines making it sticky like all 7-11s

Don’t have your hours as 24 hours if you lock the door and aren’t actually 24hours. Drove around at 3am to 4 different 7-11’s in the area that google says are 24 hours to have EVERY SINGLE ONE closed and locked. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE YOUR HOURS.

The neighborhood has declined in this area, and there were a few seedy characters hanging around outside the store. The store could use a renovation, but it serves its purpose.

I used the atm at this location went home and found out I got charged twice but only got the money once.I contact my bank they tell me to contact the atm provider, so I call the 7/11 store to find out what kind of bank machine it is they have at the store and the contact information for it. A lady answers and tells me to call my bank and when I explain that I need atm info she tells me call back in a couple because she's busy with a customer. I wait, then call back and there's no answer...... so I wait and then call back. A lady answers and again tells me to call my bank and I tell her exact same thing that I need to know what bank the atm is through or who the provider is and she tells me hang on a sec, I wait, just to be hung up on! So I call back and they don't answer, try again and now they are refusing to answer the phone. Are u kidding me?
