Would give no stars. The old short stuck up lady there is the most rude i've ever seen someone be. No respect just got a shitty attitude and zero customer respect. This place is run by abunch of unprofessional people with zero respect towards there customers.

There was an older Asian lady working today who said she was acting manager. I wanted a second cup for my coffee so it didnt burn my hands and she tried to charge me $2 just for the cup. When I raised my complaint she was laughing and rude about it as if it was a joke to her. When I got upset she told me I must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Managers should deescalate customer issues not escalate so maybe she isn't fit for management. Is thee not a button to charge maybe 25 cents for a cup or is it too much to just get a free cup to protect your hands since there's no sleeves?

Today my Deaf husband went this store and the female cashier’s attitude was so rude because she can’t handle his deafness well he can’t help that he was born being Deaf and he is a paying customer that his hard earned he makes his decision to buy anything he is allowed to have like any HEARING customers ! This Female cashier better not be on her shift whenever I go there!
