Ordered a smokie, received a smokie, but received no ketchup, mustard, relish. Not that big a problem. Called the store to let them know, attendant lied to me fully.
It was an Uber order. I can SEE my driver when he picks up the order. It was definitely this location . I would not have a problem if the useless staff didn't LIE to me about such an easily provable fact.
Ridiculous. Hire honest people.

The Filipino cashier lady was kind & welcoming! She letted me use the staff washroom when I really needed it, which I truly appreciated. She told me about their taquitos deal and called me “my dear,” which felt so comforting. You can tell she’s hardworking and really cares about customers.

The older Philippino cashier lady there is such a terrible person , I come there all the time for gas , coffee , cigarettes , she serves me twice and every single times I walk out there feeling like crabs , the way she talked just so disgusted , disrespectful .
Asked me if I’m philippino , I said no then she demanded for ID ( I’m 40 years old , I look I like 50 ) I guess if I say yes then. No id needed ? okay it’s the law but she doesn’t serve a customer but doing order and demand in a disrespectful way . If it was for the professional manager , I would rate it 0 star . She is there to work , just work , don’t pick out people just cause her life sucks

Update : Store manager called me and sincerely apologized . He offered to replace the two slices of pizza and he also offered to give me a free car wash on the house . Thank you for correcting the issue at had and made it right. Pizza was cooked perfectly not undercooked changing stars on review ! Now I have a car wash place . Thank you !
thought I left the correct review at the right sev but was not correct . I posted it on the 163 sev . It’s about a month now . But ordered two pizza slices off of skip the dishes and when I received it the pizza was half cooked and floppy , the bottom was barely cooked and had to put it in my oven for 5 minutes to finish cooking it .

Unhygienic worker I just came across who not only looked dirty but they also give you old stale food , didn’t wash his hands and was on his phone when he made my food bruh 711 hire atleast goodlooking clean people bc this guy was the complete opposite, id rather spend my money at McDonald’s save ur money -1000/10 fix who you hire.

The manager of this place has been not caring for goid customer service. A few days I asked for a pizzaa at around 8.15 am..He told me that no pizza is available except after around 30 minutes..He just did not care.
Two days ago...I asked to take the offer of the second Tendori pizza for 5 $. This was refused and told that I can only take cheese or peptoni...I went to another branch where I got the offer.

The staff at both Tim Hortons and 7-Eleven are awesome, but this place itself has so many constant issues beyond its control. There's non-stop junkies loitering by the front door pestering you for cigs or money and inside the store itself, you can never figure out where the line starts because of people loitering or just hanging around causing issues. This place basically needs a full-time security guard to handle its issues

Selection is nice - it's pretty much like any other 7-11 would have - but the lady who mans the till every time I stop in has always made me feel so welcome whenever I shop here, which is what makes me come back on the regular. Kudos!

Tonight my mother was accosted here and not in the good way..as she was shopping she was basically been scolded since she walked in and asoon as she grabbed something than went to another part of the store to maybe grab another item( full intent ) to purchase said items ...the cashier said "I see U"!To which my mother. Replied "I see u WHAT, is there a reason why u are pretty much almost accusing me of stealing.. so long story short if u Wana be harassed and scolded asoon as u walk in please check this establishment out lol..What a jokeThx again!!

They overcharged me $200, I found out when Icame home. I called them right away and Spoke to Kavita, her excuse was that, this happens onFriday's because they are always very busy onthis particular day and she cannot help metoday because there is no manager on duty,have to wait till next day when the managercomes in and he can only do refunds. Went in this morning and asked for manager, the associate told me that the manager is off on weekends hmmm…that’s not what I was told last night, so I told them that I am here for a refund from yesterday afternoon where I was charged $200 over and here are the receipts. Sunetra ( if I have spelt her name correctly ) told me to come back in the afternoon as she has to look for receipts, I told her I have all the receipts with me and please Verify and give my money back. She took the receipts and went back ( probably in a office) and came back after 25 mins and told me that they tried to get hold of Jason (Manager) so many times but he is not answering his phone or replying their messages. Oh my …no one should go through this for a refund with all the valid proof.After begging for 45 mins and keep repeating that have to be at work for 7:30am, she finally gave my refund. I was also late for my work today.They should have better ways to handle these kind of situations. I am very upset and won’t be going back to this part gas station anymore.Feeling so sorry for all the Vulnerable customers who has to go through these.
