The staff at both Tim Hortons and 7-Eleven are awesome, but this place itself has so many constant issues beyond its control. There's non-stop junkies loitering by the front door pestering you for cigs or money and inside the store itself, you can never figure out where the line starts because of people loitering or just hanging around causing issues. This place basically needs a full-time security guard to handle its issues

Selection is nice - it's pretty much like any other 7-11 would have - but the lady who mans the till every time I stop in has always made me feel so welcome whenever I shop here, which is what makes me come back on the regular. Kudos!

Tonight my mother was accosted here and not in the good way..as she was shopping she was basically been scolded since she walked in and asoon as she grabbed something than went to another part of the store to maybe grab another item( full intent ) to purchase said items ...the cashier said "I see U"!To which my mother. Replied "I see u WHAT, is there a reason why u are pretty much almost accusing me of stealing.. so long story short if u Wana be harassed and scolded asoon as u walk in please check this establishment out lol..What a jokeThx again!!

They overcharged me $200, I found out when Icame home. I called them right away and Spoke to Kavita, her excuse was that, this happens onFriday's because they are always very busy onthis particular day and she cannot help metoday because there is no manager on duty,have to wait till next day when the managercomes in and he can only do refunds. Went in this morning and asked for manager, the associate told me that the manager is off on weekends hmmm…that’s not what I was told last night, so I told them that I am here for a refund from yesterday afternoon where I was charged $200 over and here are the receipts. Sunetra ( if I have spelt her name correctly ) told me to come back in the afternoon as she has to look for receipts, I told her I have all the receipts with me and please Verify and give my money back. She took the receipts and went back ( probably in a office) and came back after 25 mins and told me that they tried to get hold of Jason (Manager) so many times but he is not answering his phone or replying their messages. Oh my …no one should go through this for a refund with all the valid proof.After begging for 45 mins and keep repeating that have to be at work for 7:30am, she finally gave my refund. I was also late for my work today.They should have better ways to handle these kind of situations. I am very upset and won’t be going back to this part gas station anymore.Feeling so sorry for all the Vulnerable customers who has to go through these.

The guy who’s working on night is arrogant. Never asking the points reward. Even if you buy the gas he said reward points not included. But day staff they give me points. I never coming back on this branch, instead i buy gas in other 7 eleven outlet.

I want to give this place 1 stars for how it handles its food. However, some of the workers are really good with costumers and are really trying and the other half have no customer experience skills whatsoever. I’ll give it two stars.If you go there and order a hotdog they will put gloves on, pull out food with the gloves, open the back door with the same gloves and then come back out and grab your hotdog and put it together all without switching their gloves this happened to me twice, each time I said “never mind I won’t eat”, they’re not correcting this issue and it’s a big deal. I’ve also seen people that work there handle money and then grab food without gloves.

Came in, used their ATM, spit me out a cut in half bill, tried to get it fixed at the counter and they refused telling me i have to go to a bank and basically did nothing to rectify the situation. its a sunday so banks are closed, thanks to this situation i couldnt get bus tickets for work so im likely boned for getting to work thanks to their establishment yet they do nothing to rectify the situation after basically screwing me out of the most important 20 bucks in my budget. Im a local and have frequented the 7/11 since i moved to the area. I will not even go back in there for the timmies located within. Beyond infuriated with this experience.

Kulbir was working and boy was it a busy night. My sisters and i had a vey complicated order on top of lots of other customers in and out. She was aboe to deal with everyones orders under a lot of pressure so shout out to Kulbir for doing all that alone tonight!!

I've had decent experiences here before but now they are scamming people, I used 1000 points to get a free slurpee and I had to pay for it, I tried the next day and it still didnt work. I'm disappointed.

This is the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. The staff is racist and disrespectful. The manager doesn’t care and there are no Covid protocols being followed. There’s another store at 156 St and 95 Ave. I would head there instead.Edit: The link provided by 7/11 doesn’t even work.

This is one of the worst 7-11's in Edmonton. They need to get rid of the damn Tim Horton's so they have the space for fountain drinks. The staff are lazy and unhelpful. I had to try to get help 3 times before I lost my temper for the 3rd time because they won't assist me with entering lottery numbers, they expected me to use pen and do 4 tickets myself and then the damn red pen wasn't even picked up by the scanners and they expected me to re-enter everything all over again with a damn blue pen. Every staff currently working there today at 5:25 PM to 5:45 PM needs to be hired & when you hire new staff hire a damn Canadian please, not some fresh-off-the-boat Indian!
