There was an older Asian lady working the cash register. She was more interested in talking to others through my whole transaction, didn't even say hello, goodbye, thank you. Very rude.

Highly disappointed with the sales associate Veerpal(Indian Punjabi lady) on 29 July at/around 7:30 pm. She knows nothing about customer service. She was on the phone talking in her language loudly. She was wearing hands free.but maybe she forgot it’s not noice free.she wanted everyone leave so she can talk properly. She didn’t asked for app scan or no upsell. I tried to enter my number but she made that screen disappear because she just wanted to finish transaction. I asked her I want to enter my number even then she didn’t made eye contact . Rudely behaviour. If she is kitchen staff she shouldn’t be at the front.please manager train her first for customer service . As per my knowledge 7-11 is strict about their customer service, app scan, upsell.during mystery shopping she will fail the entire store .

Gill - fantastic staff member always give me and my friends water and helps us out some times when we don’t have enough cash
There is an older ish Indian lady she is super nice gave us an extra sing this one time.

There is never enough receipt paper at this 7-Eleven branch at the gas station, and GILL is the kind of guy that is clearly dissatisfied with his work—you can tell by the look on his face and the way he acts. His method of receiving clients will undoubtedly make you feel unwelcome and undesired. Perhaps acknowledging a consumer with a smile will be helpful.

Mohammed is awesome! I placed an order for a pizza and asked if they can put in individual boxes to easily drop off for my children at school. He's very customer service friendly. I also placed an order last month and it was taking a bit longer than usual. I called and he explained that he wanted to make sure the fried chicken was 100 percent fresh. It was! fresh and SOOO good. The chicken sandwich they have is also really good.

I ordered skip from here tonight and I can’t believe the horrible service I was given.They called me to inform me that an item I ordered was out of stock despite it showing in their system, this item was the main reason I placed the order so I asked them to cancel, the workers unprofessionally refused to cancel and spoke a different language amongst themselves then hung up on me without saying a word to me. They forced me to receive the order by lying to skip about sending the correct items and when the order arrived all the items in the order were incorrect.They grabbed whatever they could to replace my order with similar items and they were all terrible. Skip refunded me fully. I would stay far away from this 7 eleven and whoever was working tonight needs to find a new job.

Some of the staff here are so cold and rude it's almost uncomfortable being in there for example I want to night at around 7PM and this lady was helping me I said hi how is your night..... no answer I said hi again thought maybe she did not maybe here me first time and right after I said that she states do you have 7-11 rewards I said no does not ask how I want to pay just assumes asked for a bag no word and when I left I made sure I said it loud bye have a good night no response like I will drive a little farther and give happy people kind greatful employees my money her name was veejay or veejag or veejin can't member the end

My daughter and I encountered extremely rude staff this evening. We were getting icecream to celebrate my daughters soccer game. The lady working named Simira was dismissive and extremely rude to us.
