Wen there at noon. No hot dogs and the lady said they are not ready and won’t be for a while. Other 7-elevens would heat one up quick. She couldn’t be bothered. I used to stop every week here, change of plans.

I had a bad experience with the employees.they were rude to me.i went there to add fund to my ARC card (it was my furst time there)I dint see that the guy scanned my card, he handed the receipt yo.me, so I asked how do I know that what i just paid will reflet in my arc account, the guy was like oofff, he said to the women who wad there with a rude ton: she doesn't understand and instead of explaining how it worked she was like you have the receipt.they are not nice people.i had a bad experience there.first and last time.

The tall dude, I think his name is C (only using his initial for privacy), is pretty unprofessional.
Greet him, he just stares at you. Say “thank you,” it’s the same. Mentioned I was going in for a shift one time, he told me ”you’re going to have a bad shift.” There’s been times where I am at the till and it’s like he purposely goes to do something else, even though he JUST helped 1-2 people before me. I would be fine if it was a one off deal, but this has happened every time I’ve come in.
I literally just moved here at the start of the month, and have been in here maybe three or four times, and it’s been the SAME thing each time. I’ve tried to be polite and friendly each time I come in. I have never met this dude before in my life, so I have no idea what his issue is (if he has one) with me, but I question if he does this to other customers too. Either way, definitely considering going somewhere else if I see him working.

I stop in here daily for stuff. The staff is always friendly and chatty. Store is kept clean and they are friendly people working here.

It was okay, I went in like usual ready to get some snacks—everything was going well, there was so much to pick from and I had to walk there so I thought it would be worth it to take my time on what I was gonna buy. I bought my items then went over to grab two more items, not wanting to hold on my item anymore I decided to place it inside the bag and head towards another item only for the staff to kick me out since I took ‘too’ long but I know very well they just thought I was stealing. Very rude, they didn’t even try to hear me out and quickly assumed that I was stealing just for placing the item in the bag. I even apologized for how embarrassed I felt and they didn’t even respond. Very rude in my point of view

I came early in the morning, around 4:30, to buy taquitos, but the sales associate refused my purchase because he said the oven was not working but he is cooking something even though he was cooking something in it

Came for a free slurpee for the anniversary. Sign says it is until 11pm but when I came just after 9pm, they said no more free slurpee anymore. At first, i thought the machine was not working but i see some customers buying slurpee. Not a good branch.

Went in for a free slurpee day, and had to pay because I didn’t use a ‘free slurpee day cup’. They had NONE of these cups by the slurpee machines, or any straws, and NO signage anywhere that special cups had to be used.
If this is the organization in this store, I won’t be back. Better service at other stores.

I went to the store, took me 20 minutes they had no coffee ready everything was dirty. The hotdogs were overcooked and sitting for hours. The employee with the moustache was standing, doing nothing with his arms behind his back, staring at the store. Good work ethic.

Brooklyn is the best. He’s incredibly fast and efficient, but also super personable and kind. I am a regular there, and every time I see him, he always makes my day brighter! Thank you for being an awesome human, Brooklyn!!
