Their gas station pump locked out my card and they didn’t do anything about it. I told them that its messed up and said they should block it off so the next person doesn't go through the same thing. Went to my bank afterwards and my card was working just fine.

Worst 7/11 ive been to. Horrible service, dirty and just lacks all around. Not to mention the pizza slices i bought were both half slices. Second time ive been thru this here.

Anytime I've called about an order that I've placed on either doordash or UberEats, they take forever to answer their phone and when they do they dont respond and just hang up. Its quite rude and not professional at all. They have also taken 30 mins or more to fill an order that I've placed with less then 5 items. Ive also been into the store aswell in person and the staff are less the friendly. Would not recommend.

I want to thank Muna, Milka and Evelyn for helping me get 35 slurpees for my students today and every school year. I get slurpees for my students every year in June to end the school year. Muna and her team have it ready when I arrive EVERY year, and make the process so easy. I also appreciate the discounts. Thank you for helping me put a smile on my students faces. I don’t understand all these nonsense reviews about this 7-Eleven, but I have been to this location before, and I find the service and the location very convenient. I love that they have Amazon Locker for deliveries.

Lady wouldn't sell me an arc card. Said they didn't have it. What a load of crap they literally say on the edmonton website that they sell arc cards there. Then she pointed to a sign that said as of Nov 1st there is no bus passes and bus tickets. And im like yeah, I know that. It's supposed to be switched to arc cards. Then she lied and said she can't activate the card?? Like bro I'm supposed to activate it myself online.

I went into this 7-Eleven to get my chattr top up for my cell , and a few other items. The female attending the register charged me for them , printed off the codes and receipt, told me she was "HIGHLIGHTING the pin numbers for me to see them better , handed me the print off. I DIDNT think anything of it until I got home to punch in the top up amount and THEN seen how it was pretty much illegible to evensee the numbers to enter in!! I would like to speak to a supervisor on this .
