Lady wouldn't sell me an arc card. Said they didn't have it. What a load of crap they literally say on the edmonton website that they sell arc cards there. Then she pointed to a sign that said as of Nov 1st there is no bus passes and bus tickets. And im like yeah, I know that. It's supposed to be switched to arc cards. Then she lied and said she can't activate the card?? Like bro I'm supposed to activate it myself online.

I went into this 7-Eleven to get my chattr top up for my cell , and a few other items. The female attending the register charged me for them , printed off the codes and receipt, told me she was "HIGHLIGHTING the pin numbers for me to see them better , handed me the print off. I DIDNT think anything of it until I got home to punch in the top up amount and THEN seen how it was pretty much illegible to evensee the numbers to enter in!! I would like to speak to a supervisor on this .

Worst customer service ever at this location, not recommended even if you badly need gas. I just put gas at the petrol canada of this location using a company credit card and the receipt didn't print so I went in to get a copy of the receipt from customer service inside and the staff by some misagna name said they have changed shift and it's not her fault I can have a receipt. My explanation that this was a company credit card that needed even a manual receipt fell on deaf ears. I requested to speak to the manager and she said it's a Sunday I won't speak to the manager but come back next day. I tried to explain that I won't be in Canada but she rudely said it's not her fault and was instead angry that I was insisting on having even a manual receipt. She arrogantly spelt out her name and said I should go online and call 7-11 if I like to speak to someone and say her name with what she has said.
I have never seen this kind of sick customer service before and I need 7-11 to mail this receipt to me and be mindful of who they put on the front line. Ridiculous service

Free slurped day at 7-11 the lady working when asked if they were still giving them out said no no it’s over. At 6:38.. they still had cups but had moved them behind the counter and were charging for the remainder. Broke a little girls heart today over a free slurpee. She’ll be getting one, even if it’s boughten today but definitely not from your store.

Need to do something about the tampered packaging on snack and drink items. Although i do admit this one package was my fault for not even noticing somehow but the other one i noticed as i was opening it as it wasnt half as noticeable more like the little tear in this bag leaving it unsealed however there wasnt any part of the bag missing just a small cut in it.

Every time I go to this location they never have chili or cheese, or just one, for their nachos, or the machines are out of order! It’s been like that for about a year now,… please get your machines serviced, or replace them!I specifically go there to buy that & there isn’t any, or machines are out of order!

Awful experience waited 10 mins to get checked out. Lady was nice enough to say she will make fresh taquitos.we paid for 4 waited another 5 mins for them then only gave us 2 and when asked her for the other 2 she said we would have to wait for her to check in the back to see if we paid for it. Great job
