employee at nightshifts leave the front doors locked, hides in the back, and refuses to talk on the phone, will hangup without saying a word then leave you in the cold for over 30 mins, also they apparently have a RODENT PROBLEM, was standing outside so long me and my bf saw a big mouse running across the floor behind the counter!!!

The employees there are very disrespectful and not nice..he dragged my goods from me. I wouldn’t recommend and I would not come here again even though my house is like a three minutes walk from there

Really like the delivery service through the 711 app it's super convenient when you have late night munchies and don't want to be out walking around at 3am.

Bought the wrong drink because the packaging doesn't make it clear enough that it's zero sugar at a quick glance. Didn't realize until I opened it up and it tasted bad, brought it back with one sip taken out of it and they said you can't take that we can't take it back can't trade it nothing no. Gray-haired 50+ old man Shrugging with an I don't care I won't do anything to help you attitude.
Every other store would have just taken it as a loss because employees knock things off the shelf all the time, instead no they were like too bad so sad doesn't matter if it wasted $5 on you. I'm not going back to 7-Eleven anymore if they're all going to take the high road on a loss, there'd be no different if I just tripped on the curb walking out and dropped it by accident.
It's very obvious from looking at the reviews that these people are boosting their own reviews, nobody reviews for the bare minimum.
Five star review for good Slurpee, good selection of items, and a 4-star review for they laughed at me so I left.

This guy working there accused my friend of stealing cigarettes when he did not even give them to her and dropped them on the ground. He went and checked the cameras to confirm that he did in fact drop the cigarettes on the floor and did not give them to my friend. And then, my friend asked for a free wing and he said that it was not his problem. Not good service. No sir.

Don't ever come to this location. They refuse to honour the prices I have in the 711 app. They said they "don't offer that". Ok, so I walked out the store without buying anything and I won't ever be back. Tired of being told my offers in the app aren't accepted, this location never accepts any of the 711 offers on the app. Scam store, go elsewhere!! Lost a loyal customer to this location of over 14 years!!

Food at night times always dry, hard, old, gross, and I've seen mice running around in the light. Skip The Food. otherwise everything else is okay.
