I visited the store today at 10 pm, there was a young man who seemed to be Indian, his style of treatment was rude, and he did not know how to deal with people
When I made the payment, he told me that the payment was rejected, although I showed him the transaction from my bank application, but he told me that this is not his business 😡

Horrible. Wouldn’t even give it one star now. I’m usually a regular, as I live close-ish.. and lordbehold today, they decided to charge me TWICE. Both transactions went through my bank, and when I went back to get a refund the men there were extremely rude saying they can’t fix it!!!!

Says it's open 24 hours but they wont serve anyone at night. Literally just had a guy look me in the eyes and say closed. What a joke

One guy who works there not sure what ethnicity but looks Indian is extremely rude and disrespectful every time I go there, one day i went there with my sister and tried to buy cigarettes for myself and he asked for my ID I showed him it then he asked for my sisters and I told him I’m getting them for me then he said I can’t sell them to you cause she doesn’t have her ID (SINCE WHEN DID THEY START DOING THIS? NO OTHER 711 DOES THAT, ONLY LIQUOR STORES ARE SUPPOSED TO ASK THAT, I hope you guys fire him how many times I go there just to get treated with disrespect I witness him even being rude and talking rude to other customers like he’s always angry and it pisses me off one day he could anger the wrong person and he needs to fix his attitude you know who you are buddy no one’s appreciates treatment like that when they are trying to have a good day 😡

Deserve less than 1 star. Walked from U of A hospital (exhausted had been there 2 days with little sleep not good situation) late one night because it says it's 24 hours. It IS NOT 24! The cashier refused to look at me when I tapped on the door and just then, a delivery driver showed up to pick up an order. They promptly got service. I understand the riff raff around this area late at night, it must be annoying and could even be dangerous working there..... THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE SO YOU DONT WASTE MY TIME!
Dishonesty is the worst policy. I boycott this place. Also, it appears pretty filthy. The cashier avoiding eye contact with me wiped their nose with their hand and then handled the delivery order food with out gloves as well. Trash service, dirty outside and in, false advertising of business hours, and you'll get sick spending money there. 0 stars- TRASH
EDIT: forgot to add this earlier. After making this review, I happened to be driving by late one night several weeks later and needed fuel so absent-mindedly I pulled into this 711. Upon realizing that I boycott this location due to false advertising, poor customer service, and the fact that I WITNESSED A GUY WIPING HIS NOSE WITH HIS HAND PACKING UP A PICKUP ORDER WIHOUT GLOVES. LITERALLY BARE HANDEDLY SNOT COVERED HANDS ALL OVER THAT FRIED CHICKEN. I noticed 2 guys standing at the door attempting to get the cashiers attention. Rolled down my window to ask and sure enough they were perplexed at the FALSE ADVERTISING OF STORE HOURS. Just change your God damn store hours if your employees don't feel comfortable in the middle of the night working alone at a gas station. I'm sure it gets wild on occasion maybe put in a little window or something so they maybe feel a little safer. POOR MANAGEMENT CLEARLY DISREGARDS EMPLOYEES SAFETY. I'm still salty about this months later.. both incidents it was like -30C. A business should we welcoming paying customers at that temperature.

One of the best place to eat food. Food is also very cheap. They always serve fresh food.
Overall, the employees are very kind and friendly.
But, It’s upsetting when they can’t let us use the washroom.
