Stopped by this 7-Eleven location recently and received very nice service. This location seemed on par with others in terms of items available for sale. It is located at a busy intersection, but I would buy from here again.

We visited this 7-11 today for a free Slurpee. It was packed with people looking for just the free Slurpee. The Slurpee stations were so dirty, there were extra garbage bins, but I guessed they were missed. The two staff there were so busy and patiently cleaning up and asked us nicely to excuse the mess.
I understand they were paid to do so, but a little respect is common sense.

Today, June 5th, 2024, I went to buy bus tickets. They sold me expired bus tickets. I was in a hurry because I was late for school, so I didn't look at the expiry date. I'm not upset. I'm just warning you guys never to buy bus tickets from this 7 Evelen. If you do, make sure to check the expiry date.

They don't let you use the washroom even though it's working. Lady at the counter extremely rude and arrogant.Told me it's 7 eleven policy that no washroom after midnight. Will be sending your head office an e mail. In humane treatment and extremely disappointing policy if 7 eleven has that.

I don't know what to think of this place, had a bad experience there with their food choices, staff May be friendly but work ethics are at a very low, wouldn't recommend going here unless you need gas or lottery tickets.

The staff at this 7-Eleven are awesome! Very nice, they keep it clean and are normally stocked up but it is a pretty busy store! One of my favorite convenience stores!

I must say I am grateful to the two female clerks who were on duty on Saturday, October 15th. Rosita, showed patience and empathy for my situation as she helped me.This is a very clean store. I usually fill up my gas tank at this location because their gas prices are quite reasonable. I began my day with the need to top up my gas tank and so drove to the 127 Street and 127 Avenue location.I had attempted to begin my transaction but patrons were unable to pay at the pump on Saturday. I, inadvertently, left my vehicle running with my purse, keys and phone inside. I locked the door and headed toward the store, realizing only then what I had done. Oh NO!Rosita helped me call for road side assistance. That said, after asking, the two clerks allowed me to stay inside while I awaited 1 1/2 hours for road side assistance to arrive. After one minute service from the tow truck driver, he was on his way and soon I too would be on the road again.I eventually got to purchase my gas, a slice of pizza, a Slurpee, and a lotto ticket - on which I won a free play. I would soon be on my way. I thanked the very helpful ladies and wished them a wonderful rest of their day.Above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

Worst 7-11 in the entire country. They intentionally gave me wrong sauces when I ordered pizza. I asked for honey mustard and they gave me the pizza and sauces, when I checked the bag they said they'd have to charge me extra for sauces and so instead gave me different ones. Terrible customer service. Will be posting this review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and everywhere so people know this store is terrible.
