Definitely NOT open 24 hrs but still filling skip/uber orders, then employee working hides in the back. Great customer service! Also, cant get fuel but the pump will let you do the prepay bs just to cancel it at the end because the store employee needs to authorize it but he must be to busy hiding in the back to fill skip orders. AGAIN Great customer service... how about a prompt informing that the pumps are closed or something? Now you've lost a customer for good. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Bye now

Was attempting to visit the store at 11pm, the Indian worker had a closed sign and was socializing with his friends inside. I think 7/11 should terminate the franchise agreement. wish i took a photo of him so everyone here can see. what a joke.

This store is NOT open 24 hours. I showed up at 6am to get snacks for a road trip and they were not open. There is no signage to even show when they are open. I called the store and they said that they are still open but only for online orders. That is not open. They are lying on their google post. All of their signage says that they are open 24/7.

Open 24 hours ehh??? What a joke! I just showed up to 711 now to get a slurred to have one of your older man workers there with bad busted teeth and fat as hell and pretty damn lazy at his job at a "sorry closed" sign tired calling didn't pick up the phone I called three times just to be inorge by your worker and not explained why it was closed!!!! This fat old lazy man needs to be fired!!!

Wouldn't let me buy cigarettes because my driver's license is expired. My license being expired doesn't mean that the birthday on the license is invalid. If that's a policy, it's not a very smart one. I get it if there's people with fake IDs coming in, but I highly doubt that you can judge an ID's authenticity by whether or not it's expired. I'm old enough to buy cigarettes, so sell me cigarettes.That was dumb, but this next part is dumber -- they wouldn't accept my Metis ID card because they didn't know what it was. It's a legitimate form of identification. Natives use status cards all the time as ID.This isn't the first time it's happened, either. It happened twice now, and it's super annoying because it's the closest convenience store and these clerks are gatekeeping the cigarettes over nothing.The old guy who worked here might've been mean, but at least he'd sell me cigarettes.

so I ordered through Uber eats,I never had any problem ordering before till now.I had ordered a large slurpee, once it was delivered and it wasn’t long of a wait. My slurpee was completely melted.So I wonder if you literally had it sit out until it was picked up.Annoying.

My first time at the 7-eleve location on 97st. My encounter with the store assistant Rommel he was pretty nice. I think he have an high level of costumer seethe know how to talk with custom and he also tell us about product and service that you guys offer. I think he would do well in the manager position.Trust me I don’t knw this guy from know where and this encounter is the true meaning of compassion for strangers. I give him a 5 stars

I came to the store to grab 2 pizza and 2 2l pop and my son got an ice creamThe guy working right now has really horrible service he was being rude not only to my son and I but other costumers one guy asked him how he was and that guy thought he said something back and asked what he said and the worker said I didn't say anythingHe over charged me 29.07 for my pizza pop and sons ice cream I'll be back tomorrow to get my money. I told him it wasn't right and he just walked by me and went to go unlock the door. People like this shouldn't be working if they want to be rude to the customers. VERY BAD SERVICE
