I’ve seen people argue with the cashier, and I have came to her defence, but today I was told that there was no water in the cheese but can clearly see it in my nachos. She began to say there’s no water and she couldnt do anything. So if there’s no water then I’m a liar? This lady has no customer service, luckily the manager was able to diffuse the situation. Doesn’t help she was still opening her mouth while the store manager was trying to diffuse the situation. I hope this becomes a lesson for her and she’s able to do better. Or I will not be back again.

By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had the cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful and in the middle of multiple transactions would walk away to help a uber/ delivery with his items and talk with them the entire time well ignoring people at the till highly recommend going somewhere else will not be back and will be reporting this to there head office

Store Manager,
I am very disappointed with the service I received today, August 28, 2025, at 1:16 PM, at your 7-Eleven location 9032 50 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6B 1G1 . My experience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your store.
The cashier on duty, Delia Gloria Old looking Filipina with eye glases, was extremely unprofessional and rude. After the customer before me left, she moved to another counter without acknowledging me, and when she attempted to call me over, she did not even make proper eye contact, which caused confusion. When I finally approached her register, I asked about a cheddar smoky, and she rolled her eyes, dismissed me by saying only hotdog were available without the buns, and gave me a rude facial expression that made me feel completely unwanted.
She continued to act unprofessionally by swearing at a handheld device she was using that keep on beeping, loud enough for me to hear. Her attitude was disrespectful and hostile. When I told her that such behavior was not right, she replied, “Be my guest” when I mentioned filing a complaint. This shows that she does not care about her role or your customers.
This is unacceptable behavior from someone working in customer service. Employees like her only damage the reputation of your store and drive customers away. I have seen the many negative Google reviews already posted about your location, and based on my experience, I can clearly understand why. If this continues, your store will continue to lose loyal customers.
Please consider this a formal complaint, and unless this matter is addressed promptly, I will be sending this complaint directly to 7-Eleven Head Office for further action.
I am truly unsatisfied with this experience. All I wanted was to purchase food, yet instead I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Had a terrible experience today, I went to get a cappuccino from there machine but it was only running out water, so I told the older lady with glasses at the counter that it’s only running water out she goes over to the machine and proceeds to tell me “it’s out of stuff” but did not replace the powder in the machine.. last time I checked that is there job? Kinda ridiculous, all the time she is lazy and doesn’t do her job!

6:05 am, I asked what time the coffee was made and the two workers are giving me a hard time, they say 25 minutes but the coffee is cold . Also on Friday I asked for some change from a bill and was also treated poorly . All I expect is to be treated decent, they shouldn't get offended when I ask how fresh something is..

Every time I stop at this 7-Eleven and ask to use the washroom, the same girl says “It’s out of service.” This has been going on for a long time and feels like an excuse. Very rude and unhelpful – terrible customer service.
