Their $17 extreme car wash isn’t all that extreme when it doesn’t even get the snow off the bumper or box cover on my truck. The best feature the car wash has to clean the back of your truck is the air at the end

Staff good, never a problem at the pump either. Car wash decent BUT closed if colder than -10 , wtf. So closed all winter?

Really disappointed with the service. My daughter went to buy a $3 item but was refused because he could not except a $20 as he did not have change at 11 am. I thought it was very shaddy and scammy. Felt like he was trying to get my daughter to spend more money than needed. Will not return here!

The woman working is very weird. She locked the doors after I came inside to buy some gas. Had to ask her to let me back out. Will avoid this location from now on.

Poor service
The lady that was working was so rude
First off, this lady asked me to put my bag upfront, and I would have been so quick, was a bit extra, and unnecessary.
Second, she was more worried about finding her pen and then ringing up my stuff. When I stated I was in a rush, she caused me to miss my bus home

Was ID when buying smokes, I'm 44 yrs old n I don't look like I'm under the age of 19. U think that it was obvious. Then she said my ID was expired! I'm waiting for the new one in the mail. There's no other stores open at one am in the area. I won't be going back. Worst 7 11 in the world completely pissed off with the store.

Attended this location tonight to pick up a couple things. Upon approaching the counter with my purchases I asked for a pack of cigarettes. The cashier then asked me for ID. As flattering as that was, I was incredulous. Granted I don't look my age, 48 years old, I also cannot be mistaken for someone under the age of 19, 25, or 40. I have attended this location repeatedly over the course of the last 5 years and purchased cigarettes dozens of times. At no time have I ever been asked for identification. Not once. Nor have I had any issues with any of the other staff at this location. However, I have witnessed this particular staff member behave in such a manner which could be construed as anything but customer service oriented. She has spoken to other customers including persons I have been with in a rude, belligerent and condescending manner on many occasions. Until this evening she has been largely respectful to me and I am presently at a loss to explain the obvious abuse of power. I am certain of one thing however. I will not be spending another dime of my money at this location. This individual has seen fit on multiple occasions to conduct herself in a manner which does not reflect that of a person who has chosen to work in a customer service capacity. The fact is that she chose in this case to refuse service for no other reason then an obvious technicality that clearly has no basis in reality. There seems to be a real disconnect between this person's conduct and the training provided by Southland. Thanks for nothing 7 11.

I guess this is the 7 11 near northtown registry. I have a very bad experience yesterday. I went into buy a ticket and there was no one at the counter and the cashier told me to wait and i obeyed and wait and while i am standing aside another man come and ask for a bus pass and she continue serving him leaving me standing. Eventually i left out without buying anyghing. It is not a good customer service.

New pin pad at the car wash is busted and the cashier can’t do anything. It took my money and froze up. Apparently I was the 5th person today to report the problem.

The best 7/11, I was driving few 7 eleven to buy fried chicken but couldn't find it all sold out; no more making but here this guy at night shift he cooked fresh fried chicken for me, if it's not the best customer service I don't know what else can be , he needs a raise ???This needs a raise !!!

More of a 7/11 light, it does have food and slurpees but it doesn’t have fountain pop or a vast coffee bar. Likewise the aisles are narrow and the selves very tall (and I’m 6’1).Otherwise typical corner store with gas and car wash.

My hubby and I got stranded here after pumping gas. Our car just died. We had to wait a while to get the problem fixed. The guy there was super nice and offered to help. I was so cold and went in for a coffee and it was on the house. What a sweet guy. I was so cold I was shivering and he was so kind.
