Had a really bad Experience today.Every other customers who came after us where served and the employee left us their for another few minutes. They asked us to wait for another 8 minutes to get the wings.

Local Neighbourhood Watch groups have been reporting break and enter and theft crimes in west Edmonton that have been linked back to and taking place in the 7-Eleven Parking lot. Over the past month (and likely for much longer prior to that) there has been a string of bike thefts in the area operating out of the 7-Eleven Parking lot.
Dozens upon dozens of bikes have been stolen from the local communities of Elmwood and West Meadowlark Park and have resulted in the thousands of dollars in lost property.
EPS has confirmed that dozens of crimes have been reported on the 7-Eleven property at 16838 87 Ave but the owner and employees of 7-Eleven have completely turned a blind eye to it and have not been filing complaints. They have even gone so far as to make statements like "they aren't bothering anyone".
Multiple complaints have now been filed with the 7-Eleven, Inc office about this specific location but as nothing has been done yet I am hoping this post will reach the franchise owners and they will start taking action and acting accountable for their actions (or lack-thereof) in the local community.

I was not expecting as a costumer I can’t use wash room in this 7 eleven, I saw some one was using it but the lady at the counter rudely said can’t use it .she did not understand 7 eleven lose a costumer for ever . She is a 0 employee for the company .

Purposely keeps the washroom locked and puts the sticker of out of order. It has been like this for months it’s usually a Phillipino girl who is the cashier. She never gives the key just so that they don’t have to clean it! Such an inconvenience for everybody coming in for tims or 7-Eleven or even coming to use the gas station.She will purposely send you to go and check the washroom if it’s open or not even though she knows that there’s an out of order sticker there ! and she’s been doing this for months now and it’s really frustrating to get this kind of service!Shameful experience delivered by 7 eleven!

Filled gas at night and wanted to use the washroom. The lady at front rudely replied washroom is out of order. I was here in noon and it was working fine. What is the point in filling gas from 7Eleven at odd hours if they don’t let us use the facilities. My experience at this location have always been pathetic. 7Eleven needs a strict check on their night employees in regards to customer service at most of their locations. Would never willfully fill gas at 7Eleven. Worst experience ever.

Haven't actually gone here. But I'm heading I have goggle reviews to help make good decisions about where to take my money. Usually like 7/11 but looks like management is non responsive. Reviews matter @7/11canada

Hello! Just wanted to me and my bf go there every day cause we 2 mins away! We find the cashier's very rude they never smile! When we Thank you to them they never say welcome they just look away especially the young lady! You should probably teach them how to use their manners and be polite! It's only 1 older gentleman that's always nice always smiles and he greets you when you walk in! That's the kind of service you should have!

I hope after you pay for goods a at gas station and store, you don’t have a bathroom to use and you wet your pants! Insensitive and rude!!
