Nasty rude and horrible people working there. I have had several bad experiences with the staff working at 9-10 pm especailly this evening Nov 13/24. I was standing in line waiting wanted to order a pizza. The woman came out from behind the counter and got inline infront of me then started yelling at another customer that was standing there eating his noodle he a bought. I asked her to leave him alone and she started yelling at me so I yelled back. The man behind the counter yelled at me and said "you can leave to we dont want your buisness" the man wasnt doing anything just eating his noodles. He never did say a word to either of them.

The location is okay, but I had trouble with the pay at the pump and could not use tap . I had to try my card twice. The store is the smallest 7 11 I have been to and only has 1 slurpee machine and no foutian pop. The selection of other items are also limited. I would say it's okay for a gas station but poor at being a 7 11.

I went there between 7:15am-7:45am on April 05, 2024 to buy a scratch ticket. Understandably, the male Filipino cashier ID’d me to check my age. However, it was extremely rude how he exaggerated looking back and forth multiple times from my ID and back to my face. He even made the point to squint his eyes while looking at my ID and my face. He then called over another Filipino and started talking in their language about me and my ID in front of me.Absolutely poor and disgusting customer service skills. All that rudeness and exaggeration for $4 worth of scratch tickets.EDIT:Editing this review from 1 star to 4 stars since the owner/manager tried to reach out. However, I think the issue with the employee has been resolved. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. Thank you to management for trying.

The car wash is a complete scam, as I paid for the 13.99 wash, and got just a spray on my vehicle. Got a refund only after I made a complaint to the company. The photos are AFTER THE CAR WASH.

Staff does nothing about the homeless that sit outside the store asking for money or what not.They leave a mess and get very angry if you tell them no.Management needs to get security because this location is one of the worst after dark. Definitely don’t feel safe or comfortable coming here

I've been coming to this store almost everyday at lunch time for the last few years as it is closest to my place of work and I like to eat in my car. My family owned NUMEROUS businesses all around the city, I'm born and raised here and pride myself on what great customer service is.If I could give less Stars, I would. Reason being, besides the occasional gas fill-up, buying lotto tickets and my favourite Slurpees, I really get the impression that I am an inconvenience when asking for napkins or spoons. Honestly, I don't get it. I never get a you're welcome to my thank yous and the Filipino manager with her hair tucked back in a ponytail gives me weird looks, not the nice kind.I just had to ask her directly today if I am an inconvenience to her. To my surprise, he gave me a reluctant to know. The hesitation and face contortion was very obvious.I think they get their poor customer service training from the owners. Don't ask me why I presume this to be so.I will continue to come here but will think very hard before spending money. If they read this review and wish to speak to me directly on this, maybe I will change my view. Until then, heck no!

I do not feel safe their, even my roommates as well since their was few people without masks on and others were being sketchy. I am not going back there again for a while.

Their "deals" and "promos" are a scam. Ive been coming here for a long time as I work very close by. Any of the food with the sign above that says "2 for 5" etc are not real. You will pay full price for any of those items as the promo doesnt seem to exist anymore. I have been told that its just taxes, ive been told it doesnt exist anymore, I've been told I am making it up. Show them the sign and they say "its seperate items" when it is clearly 2 for 5 directly under corn dogs. As well as the meatballs.The only reason this is 2* and not 1 is due to 2 of the ladies that work there being very nice and kind. The only 2 employees who were good about the situation of the deals not being real, even when advertised as such.I understand this is minimal to some, but the service normally is poor unless 1 of the 2 good employees are there. Fake deals to get you to buy more, or to lure the frugal people is bad business practice and just shady in general and a good way to make your customers not want to come back. Unless absolutely neccessary, I will not be back despite working close and it being convenient.Honour your deals or dont false advertise. Plain and simple.

There job application process sucks, it requires way to much info on past employers. I've had employers go out of business god if i ever knew there postal codes or remember their phone numbers 12 years later. 7-11's job board sucks.
