I came here today to get some queso for my chips that i already have. Instead of the lady telling me that I can’t anymore, she said “omg society” rolled her eyes then walked away with an attitude. I usually don’t respond to little remarks like that but she had such a bad attitude over cheese dip, and I told her I could pay for it if that’s what she really wanted. She got mad and told her co worker who then also tried to bother me about the cheese. I usually love coming to this location but if they want to fight with me over cheese then that’s it for me going there. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and she was much older than me to be acting like a child about cheese.

Horrible gas station. None of the pumps are working. Manager or owner should be looking into this. Horrific experience. Never wanna come again.

Two days in a row we had a problem with the "assistant manager" who seems to have no understanding of the 7-11 app. After the first time she yelled at me and my autistic son because of what we tried to redeem, we went and read the fine print and discovered our mistake (something the assistant manager should have been able to explain). We came back to apologize today for that mistake and were met with more yelling. I looked at my receipt as my son was finishing his transaction and made a comment about the PC Optimum offer on the receipt. This made the AM yell at me again that she had asked if I had the card.I have shopped at this store regularly for the last 8 months and I know they have PC Optimum, and I know the majority of the staff don't ever ask. So I always listen for it. She did not ask.I have worked in retail for more than 25 years as everything from a cashier to sales to management, so believe me when I say, this person has no business working in retail, let alone in a management position.I will not be returning, no matter how convenient the location is.

the cashier who’s short with long black hair is extremely rude, all summer i would go to this 7-11 with my bf as he lives down the street. one day she even complimented my outfit. but her service was always slow and she seemed mean to other people. i stopped going there for a few months but went there just the other day because i was in the area and that’s when she accused my boyfriend of stealing a $5 charger and then when he said he didn’t and to check his pockets she switched it to saying that i stole it and forced me to pay for it when i was already purchasing $30 of snacks. reading all the other reviews i see lots of people don’t like her either. the store would be better off if she was fired, i will never go there again she was one of the worst people i have ever met as a customer service worker ?

Great experience everytime I visited this store. Usually I fill fuel here. Last time, I forgot to ask for scanning my points card. I went back and requested the girl name Aman. She fixed it for me and I got the points. Staff is cooperative. Keep working with the same spirit. Stay blessed.

The lady at front counter is disgusting (amandeep kaur).Last week I purchased a ticket and 5 times before that she didn’t ask me for id and today when i came to purchase again she denied because i didn’t have id except in my phone. Then my friend went with her id to purchase she said no i can’t give it because you are with her she said i need it for myself but she denied. When i went again and ask why you didn’t ask for id in previous period she said haha there are so many people come every day i forgot so she forgot 5 times but not this time.

I went to this store to buy lottery tickets the customer service representative didn't great no smile she was totally free not busy at all after finishing the transaction i said thx and bye but still no response she even didn't ask for the membership card so rude. For the manager please tell some Manor to your employees.

Staff is outright rude, made a mistake with the whole slurpee refill. And one of the staff was extremely rude about the whole process! Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again

The guy on night shift always has the door locked. I work shift work and get to the store at 2 30 am and he never opens the door. Despite banging on the door he doesn’t open it. Is he sleeping?? I think so because even when you try to call the store he doesn’t answer the phone. He also charges what he wants and never in a good mood!!!!!!
