Stopped here at 3:18am Dec 24 and the man working here was so kind! He gave me free coffee and was kept asking if I was okay with it being -21. I wish I caught his name but he needs a raise! He made our late night trip so much better!

Stood in line for 3 minutes while the cashier stood on her phone and ignored me, then both of them proceeded to help the person that came in 5 minutes after me without acknowledging that I was even there

I stopped by this location late last night, around 11:30 pm to buy a 2L of Dairyland chocolate milk. There are signs saying all flavors of Dairyland milk are $4.99. I didn't realize until after I paid by debit the total was $6.55. The man behind the counter was rude when I questioned the price and argued with me the sign didn't include chocolate milk. I even pointed out the sign reads 'All Flavours' he kept arguing it didn't include the chocolate milk and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a refund and gave me cash when I asked for it to be put back on my debit card, he said it couldn't be. I have had no issues with buying the Chocolate milk at other 7-11 locations, only this one with a rude employee. I will not go back to this location again. I suggest some better customer relations training and an update on what 'All Flavours' means to be explained to this employee. I went to a different 7-11 after this and had zero issues. It's is this location specifically.

I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience at the counter was quite unpleasant. The staff were not very courteous — the way one of the ladies handed me the slurpee glasses on a free slurpee day felt unnecessarily rude, almost as if I were being a burden and if she was paying for my slupees. The other one repeatedly asked if I had come early, even though I hadn’t, which made the interaction more uncomfortable.
I understand things can get busy, but I thought it was worth bringing to your attention, as it left a negative impression.

What a joke of a 7 Eleven, no food at lunchtime just there terrible wings, employees don't know the deals or promos. Employees should know how the self checkout works if they're going to be in the store, I keep giving this place chances and I keep walking in on my 30 minute lunchbreak to no food, give the circle k down the road your business they always have food and deals

I was greeted upon walking in. I used the washroom and bought a drink. Nos is a mission to find so it was nice being able to find one in the cooler. Self check out was nice as I’m socially awkward. Simple in and out location, lots of food and drinks to pick from.

The (I presume) manager could not be bothered to show the most bare minimum customer service. I know it’s 7-eleven, I don’t expect you to roll out the red carpet, however a hi would suffice. He has his radio station full blast on his cell phone, doesn’t acknowledge you, no hi how are you, here’s your total, have a good day. Just complete focus on the phone. So ridiculous. They don’t have the selection of the hot food, every single time I go in. I avoid this location at all costs but happened to be my only option at the moment, not impressed.
