I visit the store some what often and it's mostly clean the staff are okay and I have had no problem with my purchase here. Slurpee's aren't bad either, but I have almost slipped near the Slurpee's machines a couple of times because of no wet floor signs being put up would just recommend putting it up.

Came in Thursday evening for some wings. Served by the 2 nicest girls who were so helpful and sweet. I'll pass the Burnewood location to come here from now on. 🙂

I like coming here and it’s a perfect spot to come for snacks. That being said the staff suck, they always seem pissed off and unhappy to see you, they never say anything to you and take forever to come to the counter when you go to pay. I get you have other things to do but unfortunately you work customer service not my fault you moved to this country and have to work at 7/11. I’ve taken to use self check out so I don’t have to deal with them

I have no problem with the store and most staff although I had one of the most terrible and controversial experiences recently at 3407 43ave 7 eleven. I went with a group of people to get snacks and drinks and as i reviewed the receipt I found an extra charge and we were also accused of trying to stealing despite being no where near the door and not doing any activities that would suggest so. After an experience like that I wish I remembered the name of the individual but all I can remember is it was a young brown female with glasses.

Hello to all… Well, it’s like this. I left a very abusive relationship and moved into the neighbourhood of this 7 Eleven. Nothing special about this store, just like any other 7 Eleven. However then came the afternoon I went for whatever. Saw this lady, ( Amarjit Thind ) .. this lady was super busy,opening boxes scanning , then stocking shelves. Am sad to say I did notice other employees working at this time did nothing to help her, the store was not busy at the time. I lived in that neighborhood for 6 months, and continued to see this. No matter what when I saw Amarjit , always a hello and asked how I was. Little did she know I was suffering with my life and mental health issues. That warm smile and Hello made a huge difference. Thank you Amarjit.. I no longer live in that neighbourhood, but will never forget Amarjit Thind. Drop by she works the afternoon shift, Say Hi…Great Lady….. Have a sGreat Day… Nadine

I ordered food after 12 PM and paid $30 for some pizza slices and a hot dog, but they removed the items, gave me a drink instead, and said they were out of stock. If items are out of stock, why are they still listed on your app? Additionally, when you ask for feedback through your review link, it doesn't work. Also, avoid visiting if you have a low car; the parking lot is in such poor condition that it could damage your undercarriage. Comments on this issue date back 3-4 years, yet management has not addressed it. Please take action before responding to this message; it's been years, and the parking lot still hasn't been fixed.

Old indian lady doesn't know how to talk she is soo rude no acceptable at all i was in line waiting for food she was rude at me and didnt serve me food i had to leave without it

All old ladies (Indian) working at the store are very rude. I visit this store often but whenever these ladies are working they are rude and unprofessional. The attitude they show is like if they are at very high post. They need to learn how to communicate with customers with a smile on face. Looks like they are very frustrated from the job they are doing. I am also indian and i respect my elders so i never back answered them but these ladies should learn professionalism.
