Worst car wash in edmonton, at a premium as well

We went for a car today, January 28, 2026 at 3:30pm.
Picked the extream most expensive wash. Went through.
During the wash noticed the windows not being cleaned.
Was exiting by blow dryers. My front slid sideways almost causing me to hit the side of my van on the doors. Tried to back up. A car was behind me. I went back a bit and tried again super slow and slide almost hit the yellow posts. Back up again trying to move more to the right. Tried again and slid again Tried to just go came inches to the left posts.
Was very stressful for me and my kids in the car.
Went into the store and told them I had a car wash and the van was not cleaned and it was atrocious exiting almost damaged my van sliding into the posts. Its hazardous conditions. That should not be open, it's dangerous. I asked for a refund.
A lady went out to look at my van. Came in a confirmed it was not clean, still dirty front, back and sides.
They handed me a rewash ticket.
I said no I would like my money back after that experience.
The guy said no he will not do that. You have a rewash.
I said no I will not go threw that again are you kidding me.
He said it's good for 2 months. I said no I will not return that was a tramatic experience trying to exit the wash. Exiting was atrocious.
He went out to look at my van a took my license plate and make of my van.
Came in and asked me if I did highway driving.
I said city driving, confused as to what that had to do with anything.
I asked for a refund, he kept saying no. I said a single rewash is not acceptable.
He took my rewash code and gave me $20.

Pulled up at 11:30 pm to refuel and in the time it took for me to get out of my car the pump read a dollar more than the sign had advertised a moment earlier. Would not be surprised if it is done as a ploy to get people to pull up then charge them more. Won’t be returning.

Worst store . Rude people working here. I hate ever having to go. They rip off the too good to go grocery order by only adding , 2 apples and some gross personal pie for 7.99 hahaha disgusting. Never will I ever use this location again. I got my money back from too good to go and wont return as customer there again.

I purchased a car wash at the pump last night. When I went into the store the employee at the till asked if I wanted to buy a car wash on a buy one get one promotion and pointed to a printed sign at the till. I asked the employee if I could get the free one and showed him my receipt from the pump. The employee said it was an “in-store promotion early” and then continued to try to sell me on an another wash so I could get the promotion. Nowhere on the printed sign did it say it was in-store only. Very disappointed in this “business”.

I don't understand. At 630am today I went to purchase a package of excel mints gave the cashier 20. Only to be given 550. Back. Where did the 10 dollars go you ask. Oh. Apparently while holding the money he forgot. So he gave me a refund? In order to give back my money? I'm confused. Isn't simple math a basic?

Went to get gas pump was acting up on me and wasn’t giving gas, I went inside to ask the employees for a refund and to address my concerns however they treated the situation poorly. I personally have had many problems with this 7 11 and they still haven’t shown any improvement of customer service.
