Only one person working. Ordered a pizza on the 7eleven app on my way home. Showed up when the app said it was ready and well it wasn't ready and it wasn't even in the oven. Stood around for 15 minutes more with no communication from the employee. So I left with no pizza and no refund. Contacted app support and no refunds on hot food once the order is ready for pickup, but it wasn't even in the oven let alone ready. Won't be back and do yourself a favor and stay away.

I walked into the store and the lady (maybe the manager) looked at me like she was wondering why I was there. She was rude during the transaction. I said “Happy New Year” at the end to leave on a good note, and she just sarcastically said “thank you.” I get that working on New Year’s isn’t fun, but if you work in customer service, you should still be kind to customers. It was a pretty negative way to start the year.

7/11 Day and we went for the advertised free small slurpee and the older lady working at 10:17pm said it's over and to leave. VERY rude. We were also buying $40 worth of snacks etc and we walked out leaving the items on the counter. Poor customer service. This lady was very rude to multiple people. Zero stars.

So daily I go to esso gas stations as I am a truck driver. I have never been so grossed out by the mens washroom and how everything was broken. The hand blower doesn't work. The sink button to turn the water on only works if you hold the button, the toilet seat has been broken at this location for 6 months now and there is never any paper towel to dry your hands off. It was so dirty in there I left and said to the phillapino lady to do something about it or I will leave a review. Sure enough a week later I stopped in here again for Tim's coffee and the washroom was the exact same as the last time...

The young lady at the till on Jan 29, 2025 at 5:58pm attempted to steal my winning lottery ticket. I handed her a bunch of tickets with my name signed at the front but not at the back. I noticed on the last ticket, it said something about scanning it “centrally” and she put it aside and when I asked for all the tickets she scanne, she was just fumbling around and trying to mix everything up with other paper she had on the counter. She then handed me back some tickets and didn’t hand over the one I saw her put aside. I asked her to hand that ticket over to me and she feigned not understanding English. She eventually handed it back to me, but now I am wondering if she hid other tickets when I glanced away. Always sign the back of all your tickets. I learnt that lesson today. It’s a shame how integrity is going extinct.
