Extremely upsetting experience at this 7-Eleven.
We used the car wash (redeemed with PC points), and the high water pressure damaged the front part of our car. The broken part fell at the exit, and we immediately informed the staff. The associate first refused to even check. After repeated requests, she finally saw the damage but refused to take photos or help further.
She dismissed us by saying the wash is “touchless” without checking cameras, did not report the incident, and instead shouted at us and told us not to irritate her. She had no name badge, refused to share her name or the manager’s details, and would not give any written confirmation of the incident.
Zero accountability, rude behavior, and no customer support. This experience left us stressed and disappointed. I would strongly advise being cautious using the car wash at this location.

Not happy with their service. I went for a car wash and noticed there was no barricade to stop cars from entering the car wash entrance. When I entered, the system wasn’t working, so I called the staff to check if it was open. At the very least, an apology should have been offered for not blocking the entrance. Instead, the barricade was put up only after I had already entered.

If I could give one particular person a one start I would give it to her. She was working there today around 6pm. I have had several unpleasant encounters with her. Not only was she on her phone speaking to someone which is rude and probably against the rules. EVERYTIME and I mean everytime I ask to get a Jamaican Patty she says they are out. She does not even check. Everytime!!! Very irritating. She is the only one that does it. Shortly after I order seven pieces from the same store and it was confirmed

Updated review on 17 of November 2025: don’t use their car wash, the extreme car wash is a complete waste of money so don’t waste your hard earned dollar on that nonsense car wash. 🙄the customer service same as functionality of services are on the bottom of the bottoms 🫣
The gas stations are not accepting tap or Apple Pay. This is the closest location to my home and I always have to either bring my child inside the store, because I have no credit card on me but tap, or struggle at the pump using all options to pay for gas. ACTIVATE YOUR APPLE PAY AND TAP. 😡

Lady who works at gas station doesn’t know how to treat with customers, her behaviour was very bad and customer service was totally missing. I don’t like to give bad reviews but i am just doing it because of her behaviour

Outrageous staff at the gas station.
They do not allow to use their staff restroom while the general restroom is broken 😡

I came here to pump air in my tires and to use the car vacuum. I put in $2.50 for the air, it pumps air but the gauge doesn’t pop out, so you have no idea what you are pumping. Then I use the vaccum, put in $3 but the vaccum just makes noise and no suction. Now, I am out $5.50, so I go into the store, tell about the situation but the attendant won’t come out to look at it or give the refund. apparently the manager is the only one that can do so whenever she conveniently arrives. This place is a scam, they won’t get another dime of my money.

Since reopening after construction this location seems to have new management and they are so rude! I was a regular weekly customer for 15 years but will never go back here. There's a Circle K/Esso close by to me and they have great staff and a really good car wash!!

Lol the staffs here are so rude, everyone including the manager … I wanted to buy wings and meatballs and they said the sauce i wanted was not available and when i said that’s okay never mind i won’t be getting anything, suddenly they have it. Which was really just okay, but then they start talking in their own language with some side eyeing, urghhh rude!? Even if you’re approaching them with a nice big smile, hiding the fact that i’m starting to get pissed. Plus, they’re so slow!

At first they said the washroom was out of order than said it was for employees only before I could say okay. Staff was abrupt and rude.
